Clinical Study Of Combined Treatment Of Zhuang Meridian Therapy In The Treatment Of Periarthritis Of Shoulder

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of Zhuang meridian therapy in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,and discuss the characteristics of two kinds so that we can be clear about the advantages of each method in the Zhuang meridian therapy and improve the clinical efficacy.Methods:Referring to “standards of TCM syndrome diagnosis and treatment”,we select 120 cases of Periarthritis of shoulder patients,and they are randomly divided into 4 groups.The observation group A is treated by hand method of Zhuang meridian therapy;Observation group B is treated by needle method of Zhuang meridian therapy;observation group C is treated by combined treatment of both hand and needle method of Zhuang meridian therapy;the control group uses the traditional Chinese massage combined with most commonly used shoulder three needle with Tiaokou through Chengshan acupuncture treatment.We record the Constant-Murley function of shoulder joint grade and VAS visual analogue grade of 4 groups before and after treatment.through the statistical analysis of before and after treatment,we do comparison and evaluation of the effect of each group.Results:the four groups have good effects in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.comparing before and after treatment,there is significant difference(P < 0.01);for comparison between the groups,the comprehensive curative effect of C group is the best,the control group is the second and the observation group A is better than group B;For VAS grade comparison,observation group C is best,control group is the second,and observation the B group is better than the observation group A;For CMS grade survey,observation group C is best,control group is the second,and observation the A group is better than the observation group B.Conclusions:(1)Zhuang meridian therapy is effective in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,with excellent comprehensive curative effect.(2)meridian-reinforcement therapy focuses on the recovery and treatment of meridians,able to treat slight and superficial lesions of the disease.Meridian needling method focuses on stasis dispersing and dredging,which can treat chronic,severe and deep lesions.The two methods complement with each other.
