Clinical Study Of Combined Acupuncture And Cutting Therapy For Periarthritis Of Shoulder

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the combined therapy of edge needle therapy on scapulohumeral periarthritis(scapulohumeral periarthritis),compare the clinical curative effect of three prism combined therapy in the treatment of the disease,compare and analyze the two kinds of treatment methods,and then evaluate the therapeutic effect of the comprehensive treatment of the edge needle on the periarthritis of shoulder.Methods: A total of 70 patients with periarthritis of the shoulder were selected from the clinic of the Department of acupuncture and moxibustion in our hospital.The sequence of medical time was divided into groups according to the sequence of the time.The randomized digital table method was used as a grouping method.All the patients were randomly divided into two groups of treatment and control group,35 people in each group.The treatment group was treated with the combination of edge needle therapy(needle loosening,cupping,local ironing),and the control group was treated with three prism acupuncture combined therapy(three prism needles,cupping and local scalding).Constant,Murley score shoulder score system was used to evaluate pain,functional activities,shoulder mobility and muscle strength after treatment.After 3 months of treatment,the effect of recent treatment was observed.Results:A total of 65 cases were completed in the project,of which 32 were in the treatment group and 33 in the control group.Before treatment,the age,sex and course time of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.There were no significant differences in pain,functional activity(ADL),shoulder mobility(ROM),muscle strength and shoulder joint score(CMS)between the two groups.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,shoulder pain and functional activities between the two groups in the group(ADL),activity of shoulder joint(ROM),muscle strength of shoulder joint and the total score(CMS),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),that have the effect of the two groups;the two group activities(shoulder pain,function ADL),shoulder joint activity(ROM),muscle strength of shoulder joint and the total score(CMS)for comparison between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the effect of the treatment group than the control group;the two groups of patients after treatment,the total efficiency of treatment group was 96.88%,the total efficiency of the control group 87.88%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which showed that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis was more significant than that of the control group.Conclusion(s):Through this study,two groups of treatment of shoulder periarthritis has good clinical curative effect,but the blade needle therapy(blade needle loosening,cupping therapy,local hot treatment efficacy).The combined therapy of cutting edge needle has the characteristics of simple operation,less treatment times,short course of treatment and quick effect,so as to provide a better treatment plan for clinical treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.
