| Objective: The purpose is to investigate the change in vitiligo lesion areas and detect the level of IL-17 in serum before and after the treatment of child vitiligo with yifei jianpi qubai recipe and Narrow-band Ultraviolet B(NB-UVB),proving clinical efficacy of combination therapy and discussing the correlation between child vitiligo and the level of IL-17.Methods: Following the randomized control principle,66 cases of child vitiligo were divided into 32 cases in treatment group(yifei jianpi qubai recipe and NB-UVB)and 34 cases in control group(NB-UVB)according to the random number table method.Treatment group was treated by yifei jianpi qubai recipe orally and NB-UVB illumination.Control group treated by NB-UVB at the same direction with treatment group.Two groups were treated by topical preparation of sanhan huoxue qubai tincture at the same time.A period of treatment is one month and the total course is three months.Lesion areas score of child vitiligo in two groups was recorded and compared before and after the treatment,used to determine curative effect.The level of IL-17 in serum of child vitiligo in two groups were detected by ELISA and compared before and after the treatment.Results:(1)This study had 3 shedding cases and the embedded actual cases were 63 cases(31cases in treatment group and 32 cases in control group).The difference was not statistically significant in gender,age,course of disease,stage and type between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)The comparison of VASIscore: the difference was not statistically significant in pathogenetic condition and VASI score between the treatment group and control group before the treatment(P>0.05).After three months,VASI score of two troups was all lower than before(P<0.01),VASI score of the treatment group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The comparison of the clinical efficacy: after three months,in the treatment group of 31 cases of child vitiligo,6 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective,11 cases improved,3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.32%;while in the control group of 32 cases of child vitiligo,3 cases were cured,4 cases markedly effective,17 cases improved,3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 75.00%.The total effective rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The comparison of the level of IL-17: the difference was not statistically significant in the level of IL-17 between the treatment group and control group before the treatment(P>0.05).After three months,the level of IL-17 of two troups was all lower than before(P<0.01),the level of IL-17 of the treatment group was apparently lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)The treatment group and control group had no obvious adverse reaction in therapeutic process.Conclusions: the clinical efficacy in the treatment of child vitiligo with yifei jianpi qubai Recipe and NB-UVB was significantly better than NB-UVB alone and the combined treatment can significantly improve the skin area,with the functionary mechanism that may associated with reducing the level of IL-17. |
