The Clinical Effect Of Different Intervention Opportunities Of Acupuncture Combined With Modern Rehabilitation In Patients Post Operation Of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective:1.Observing the function improvement after acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therapy in different stages for post operation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients.2.Verifing the therapy effect of acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therapy for acute stage of post operation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:63 cases meeting the Inclusion criteria were randomly divided into Group 1(33 cases)and Group 2(30 cases).Group 1 patients received 3 months of acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therapy in very early postoperative,while Group 2 patients received the same therapy in recovery phase.Employing the Brunnstrom,Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)to assess patients' the motor function and activities of daily living before and after treatment,then collecting data and conducting statistical analysis to observe the impeoment and difference.Results:1.After stage treatment,Brunnstrom of upper limb and hand,FMA and MBI had statistical analysis inter-group before and after treatment,P<0.05,were with statistically significant,indicating that acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage postoperative dysfunction were both have effect.2.After stage treatment,Brunnstrom,FMA of upper limb,and MBI statistically analyzed after treatment,P<0.05,the differences were with statistically significant,indicating acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage postoperative dysfunction in very early stage were significantly better than therapy in recovery stage.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therapy is safe and effective in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage postoperative dysfunction at different periods.2.Very early intervention of acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation scheme is more effective than recovery phase In order to reconstruct function,it is possible to undertak the rehabilitation therapy as soon as possible.3.Acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therapy have a more prominent role in treatment of Motor function and activities of daily living for patients post operation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.It is a effective and worth popularization treatment.
