Objective:Two different rehabilitation treatments were given to patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery. After a period of treatment the score of limb motor function and daily living ability of the patients were evaluated to evaluate and discuss the effect of super-early rehabilitation treatment.Methods:109 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery admitted to the department of our hospital's neurosurgery and neurology from March 2018 to October 2019 who met the inclusion criteria. The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group and the patients in the experimental group were signed by their families. The experimental group received early rehabilitation treatment and the control group received traditional rehabilitation treatment. There were 53 cases in the experimental group among which 1 case was excluded due to intracerebral re-hemorrhage and 1 case was excluded due to severe pneumonia. There were 4 cases excluded due to subjective factors that failed to adhere to rehabilitation treatment. There were 56 cases in the control group among which 2 case was excluded due to intracerebral re-hemorrhage and 1 case was excluded due to severe pneumonia. There were 2 cases excluded due to subjective factors that failed to adhere to rehabilitation treatment.A total of 98 cases were collected including 47 cases in the experimental group and 51 cases in the control group.FMA score method was used to evaluate limb motor function in all patients and the improved Barthel score method was used to evaluate daily living ability and correlation statistical analysis was conducted.Results:1.When enrolled the simplified fugl-meyer exercise function score of the experimental group was 22.32±2.25 while that of the control group was 21.69 ±2.43.There are no statistically significant difference(p > 0.05).The score of improved Barthel index in the experimental group was 8.51±2.93,while that in the control group was 8.24±2.41.There are no statistically significant difference(p > 0.05).2.At the end of the first stage of rehabilitation training(1 month after the onset)the score of simplified fugl-meyer was 59.77±5.38 in the experimental group and 50.47±4.81 in the control group with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).The score of improved Barthel index was 65.96±5.77 in the experimental group and 54.61±5.90 in the control group with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).3.At the end of the second stage of rehabilitation training(3 months after the onset)the score of simplified fugl-meyer motor function in the experimental group was 79.21±5.69 while that in the control group was 67.29±3.52 with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).The score of improved Barthel index was 82.02±3.99 in the experimental group and 67.55±6.35 in the control group with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Super-early rehabilitation treatment for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery can promote the recovery of limb motor function and improve the ability of daily life which is better than traditional rehabilitation treatment.
