| Purpose:To observe and investigate the clinically therapeutic effect of the acupuncture to the physical handicaps after the operation of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage at the basal ganglia region.Material and method:Retrospective analysis of the 60 patients from 62 of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage at the basal ganglia region(apoplexy involving the channels and collaterals) admitted to our neurosurgery from August 2013 to April 2013 for the operation of early minimally invasive surgery suction and drainage for intracranial hematoma, postoperative vital signs stable and residual average intracranial hematoma less than 5ml and physical handicaps were randomly divided into two groups. Both the treatment group and the control group were 30 cases given routine western medicine treatment, including nutrition for nerve, control for blood pressure, preventing from stress ulcer, maintaining the balance of water and electrolyte and other conventional medication. The treatment group given the acupuncture and training for rehabilitation while the control group given the basic limb passive training. Both of the groups had a head postoperative CT examination every other week, continuous treatment for 14 days for 1 course. Using of statistical methods were compared the treatment of the both groups in the estimated average intracranial hematoma, the clinical degree of nervous functional after cerebral apoplexy, the Fugl-Meyer Scale(FMS), to investigate the clinically therapeutic effect of the acupuncture to the physical handicaps after the operation of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage.Results:1. Both the treatment group and the control group had no visible difference in sexual, age, estimated average intracranial hematoma before and after the operation(P>0.05).2.There were significant differences in the clinical degree of nervous functional after cerebral apoplexy, the Fugl-Meyer Scale(FMS) between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05). The treatment group had a better recovery than the control group. Conclusion:The clinically therapeutic effect of the acupuncture to the physical handicaps after the operation of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage at the basal ganglia region were remarkable and can enhance the life quality of the patients. |
