Voice disorder is one of the most common diseases with high morbidity, and the degree of voice disorder is evaluated mainly by voice function parameters. The domestic objective evaluation of the voice function is mostly based on the acoustic and electrophysiological parameters of the vowel stabilization segment, and the lack of analysis and evaluation of the characteristics of the vocal onset segment Vocal Attack Time(VAT)is used to measure the time interval between the sound pressure signal and the EGG signal on vocal onset. It is an objective parameter to evaluate the vocal onset characteristic.Functional voice disorders are due to misuse and abuse of voice, proning to abnormal vocal onset There are few studies on VAT for functional voice disorders. This study compares the differences between functional voice disorders and normal adults in vowels, tones and consonants, and further explores the relationship between VAT and voice quality, which provides a theoretical reference for vocal attack assessment and treatment. The main contents and results of this study are as follows:1.The characteristics of VAT in patients with functional voice disorders in different vowels(1)There is no significant differences between the two groups of subjects in VAT of vowels.(2)The VAT of high vowels are greater than that of low vowels.2.The characteristics of VAT in patients with functional voice disorders in different tonesThe study selects two-syllable words begin with the Mandarin Chinese four tones(yi fu?yi wen?yi zi?yi si)as test material.(1)There is no significant differences between the two groups of subjects in VAT of tones.(2)The VAT of the second tone is significant greater than the first tone?third toneand fourth tone. The VAT of the first tone is significant greater than the fourth tone(p=0.000<0.001).3.The characteristics of VAT in patients with functional voice disorders in different consonantsThe study selects monosyllables begin with different consonants(da?ga?ti?ka?sa?ha)as test material.(1)In the voice disorder group, the VAT of the radical consonants are less than the apical consonants.(2)The VAT of/t/?/k/?/h/in the voice disorder group are less than that of the normal group. The VAT of/s/in the voice disorder group is greater than that of the normal group(p=0.013<0.05).4.The correlation between VAT and voice qualityBased on the character study of VAT under different test materials, the study is conducted to explore the correlation between the consonant VAT and voice quality.(1)For functional voice disorders, the VAT of consonants are correlated with the vibration stability parameter and the glottis closure stability parameter. Conclusion:In the evaluation of the attack,we can choose the words begin with/t/?/k/?/h/and/s/as the test material. In the training of attack,it is recommended to select the words begin with the apical consonants to improve the attack, and then gradually transit to the radical consonants. The VAT of consonants of the two groups are both correlated with vocal folds vibration and glottis closure. But there are some differences between the pathological voice and the normal voice in the relevant relationship. We can improve the voice quality to improve the way to attack,in order to improve voice function.
