Objective:Through the voice acoustic analysis, found that patients with vocal polyps and vocal nodules of the acoustic parameters (such as Jitter, Shimmer, DSI, etc.), and there is a significant difference between normal voice, vocal polyps and vocal nodules in patients with acoustic parameters also exists obvious difference. Acoustic parameters from the voice of this study was to explore the contrast vocal polyps and vocal nodules before and after surgery in patients with acoustic parameters and the acoustic parameters, the differences between normal parameters for clinical application of voice to identify voice postoperatively in patients with vocal polyps and vocal nodules and assessment improvement provides the theory basis. Methods:Xion acoustic analysis software of20cases of vocal cord polyp patients and20patients with vocal nodules microsurgery before1day and1week,2weeks and3weeks after the voice acoustic parameters test and comparison, and compared with normal control group, comparing the acoustic parameters obtained voice acoustic parameters between groups of research objects (Jitter, Shimmer, DSI) difference, through the ebb and flow of acoustic parameters of objective and quantitative assessment of vocal polyps and vocal nodules in patients with laryngeal microsurgery after each stage of recovery to improve voice quality, and compare the differences between the two.Results:20cases of vocal cord polyp patients and20cases of vocal nodules in patients with preoperative fundamental frequency perturbation (Jitter) and amplitude perturbation (Shimmer) and voice disorders index (DSI) were significantly different from normal, compared with normal control group with very significant difference (P<0.01). Postoperative1week of vocal polyps and vocal nodules group various acoustic parameters vary, vocal nodules amplitude perturbation and fundamental frequency perturbation group compared with the preoperative1day all have a certain degree is low, but the fundamental frequency perturbation and DSI no significant difference compared with before operation (P>0.05); Fundamental frequency perturbation and DSI and vocal cord polyp group has significant difference compared with preoperative (P<0.05). In common is the vocal polyps and vocal nodules group compared with preoperative amplitude perturbation have extremely significant difference (P<0.01), compared with normal control group, it also has the extremely significant difference (P<0.01).2weeks after the vocal polyps and vocal nodules group various acoustic parameters are also different. In common is both postoperative1week compared with the preoperative1day have significant difference (P<0.01). Difference is after two weeks of vocal nodules group compared with normal control group the acoustics parameters with no significant difference (P>0.05), and compared with the vocal nodules3weeks after operation, the acoustic parameters are also no significant difference (P>0.05) and after two weeks of vocal cord polyps group compared with normal control group with significant difference (P<0.05), until three weeks after surgery, the vocal cord polyp group compared with normal control group no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Voice acoustic parameters of vocal polyps and vocal nodules patients (Jitter, Shimmer, DSI) compared with normal voice who have extremely significant difference, vocal polyps and vocal nodules of postoperative patients with laryngeal microsurgery in week2is similar, the acoustic parameters change at this stage, the biggest voice quality improve, the most obvious postoperative1week and3weeks of the acoustics parameters are different, the most obvious difference is2weeks after surgery patients with vocal nodules of voice quality can recover to near normal levels, quality of voice and vocal cord polyp patients in postoperative3weeks to recover to a level close to normal. Illustrate vocal polyps and vocal nodules of voice quality in each stage of recovery degree postoperatively, patients with vocal cord polyp postoperatively voice quality return to normal levels than patients with vocal nodules slow a week or so, it also indirectly reflects the vocal nodules of vocal cord polyps surgery trauma than big. Therefore fundamental frequency perturbation amplitude perturbation, and voice disorders index can be used as a vocal polyps and vocal nodules surgery efficacy evaluation and identification of the sensitive indexes of voice acoustic analysis method can dynamically detect effect of the surgical treatment of vocal polyps and vocal nodules lesion and voice function recovery and improve the situation.
