| Objective: Through the observation of lung function,ACQ5 scale and TCM syndrome integral,to evaluate the clinical effect of Nazi method on the improvement of airflow restriction,asthma symptom control and TCM syndrome in the acute stage of asthma,so as to provide a convenient method for the treatment of asthma in the acute stage.Methods: From April 2019 to January 2020,66 patients were selected from the inpatient department and outpatient department of the respiratory department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the ratio of 1:1,the patients who met the selection criteria were divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group.The single blind method was used to separate the operators and the statisticians.On the basis of basic treatment,the experimental group and the control group were all given acupuncture to Zhiyin(double),Tonggu(double),Shugu(double),Jinggu(double),Kunlun(double),Weizhong(double),Dazhui,Dingchuan and Tanzhong.Matching points: Fengmen(double),Feishu(double),Pishu(double),Shenshu(double).According to the standard of local time,the experimental group was treated at Shenshi(around 15:45)every day,and the control group was treated at noon(around 11:45)every day,with acupuncture once a day.The observation time was at the time of enrollment(day 0),the 7th day of treatment and the end of treatment.Lung function,ACQ5 scale and TCM syndrome score were used as observation indexes.The results were compared within and between groups to evaluate the efficacy.Results: 1.Demographic information: 66 patients were included in this study,including 33 in the experimental group,33 in the control group,23 in males and 43 in females,with an average age of(56.65 ± 13.11)years.62 cases were completed in this study.In the final trial group,there were 31 cases,2 cases of abscission,including 11 males and 20 females;in the control group,there were 31 cases,1 case of abscission,and 1 case of rejection,including 10 males and 21 females.The abscission rate was 4.5% and the rejection rate was 1.5%.2.Baseline data analysis: In the experimental group and the control group,there were 7 fever patients,the fever rate was 22.6%.The two groups of fever patients only used piperacillin sulbactam anti infection treatment,the application time was 8-10 days,the two groups of fever patients were normal temperature at the time of discharge.Comparison of clinical efficacy: There was no significant difference in lung function,ACQ5 score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).3.Comparison of clinical effects:(1)Comparison within the group: the lung function,ACQ5 score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),which indicated that the Nazi method of midnight-noon and common acupuncture improved the symptoms and airflow restriction in the acute stage of asthma.(2)Comparison between groups: the lung function,ACQ5 score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment were analyzed.The difference of clinical observation indexes between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),which indicated that the Nazi method of midnight-noon and the method of taking the son was superior to the common acupuncture in improving the symptoms and airflow restriction of the patients.(3)The total effective rate was 96.77% in the experimental group and 90.32% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P = 0.034 < 0.05)The curative effect of asthma is better than that of common acupuncture.Conclusion: 1.Both Nazi method of midnight-noon and routine acupuncture can improve the lung function,clinical symptoms,TCM syndromes integral and other indicators of patients with mild to moderate heat asthma in acute attack stage.2.Nazi method of midnight-noon is superior to the routine acupuncture method in improving the airflow restriction and related symptoms of patients with mild to moderate heat asthma in acute attack stage.3.Compared with the routine acupuncture,Nazi method of midnight-noon is more helpful for the control of asthma symptoms in patients with mild to moderate heat asthma in acute attack stage. |
