A Study On The Classification Of Elderly Care Level And Definition Of The Content Of Care Based On The Ability Evaluation

Objective:1.On the basis of the research data of the old age ability assessment scale,the score of the elderly ability evaluation is divided into four grades,and the value of each segment is established.2.Construct the questionnaire for the care needs of the elderly in the pension institutions to provide the basis for scientific and effective service provision.3.In the process of compiling the questionnaire the elderly population in the pension institutions were sampled in order to describe the current situation of ability of elderly in the pension institutions and the level of elderly care needs and the analysis of its influencing factors.Methods:1.Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the rank sum ratio method and the cluster analysis method to divide the score of the 400 old people.2.Through literature review and open-ended interviews to construct questionnaire item pool,after two rounds of expert consulation on Delphy to consummate the questionnaire.3.A total of 100 elderly people were assessed by cluster sampling method in the study.After the experiment,a total of 30 elderly people were randomly selected from the experimental group at the end of the first month,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed.4.A total of 400 elderly people were sampled by using cluster sampling method from 3 pension institutions and the elderly in the hospital.The general situation and needs of the elderly were described and analyzed.Data using Excel to input,using SPSS 19.0 and Mplus statistical software for data analysis.x±S was used to analyze the measurement data,and the frequency and composition ratio were used to describe the data.The influence factors were analyzed by independent sample t test,one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis.Result:1.Old age classification of pension institutions In this study,a total of 400 people were investigated,including a total of 198 males and a female of 202.The care for the elderly and activities,mental status,perception and emotion,social support and participation in the four aspects of capacity assessment,the elderly ability level is divided into 4 levels,the ability level of care for the elderly has 103 people,slightly injured 73 people,injured 94 people with moderate,severe there are 130 people injured.2.Questionnaire construction At the beginning of the questionnaire included 6 dimensions and 40 items,after two rounds of expert consultation on Delphy,and ultimately the formation of 6 dimensions and 36 items.The positive coefficient of experts was 100%,authority coefficient is 0.89.Two rounds of expert coordination coefficient(W)were 0.312 and 0.389,P<0.05;Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.83,the test-retest reliability was 0.9191;the content validity,I-CVI,S-CVI/UA and S-CVI/Ave of the questionnaire was 1;confirmatory factor analysis the results showed that=868.181,DF=318,CFI=0.923,TFI=0.910,were higher than 0.9;SRMR=0.065,RMSEA=0.065.The questionnaire have reached the requirements of reliability and validity.3.Different level of care needs Due to the impact of the unity of the pension service,the elderly who can take care of themselves have good self-care ability,but there are still some needs in life care.In the basic nursing,nursing demand less,more needs focus on spiritual comfort,rehabilitation services and health care;elderly mild damage,needs focus on rehabilitation services,spiritual comfort and health,but the demand of life care has increased;the ability of moderate impaired elderly demand concentrated on life care,basic nursing care and rehabilitation services and spiritual comfort,the demand of health has reduced;ability of severe damage in elderly care needs are more concentrated on the life care,basic nursing,special nursing,in the spirit of comfort,rehabilitation and health care demand less.4.The care needs of elderly affected by ability level,age,degree of dementia,awareness and use of assistive devices,the greatest influence is the status of ability.Conclusion:1.Elderly care needs assessment questionnaire includes 6 dimensions,36 items.2.The questionnaire has stable reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool for assessment.3.The ability of the elderly has a good capacity of 103 people,the ability to have varying degrees of damage,there are more than 297 people,the status of older people is more serious.There are some differences in the care needs of the elderly in terms of ability level and other general conditions.
