| Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and the antitussive,expectorant and antipyretic effects of an asthma syrup on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:Clinical efficacy: 58 cases were hospitalized in Lichuan national Chinese medicine hospital from January 2016 to January 2017.The control group and an asthma group with 29 cases in each group,the control group received routine treatment,the treatment group plus Chuan’an syrup oral treatment on the basis of routine western medicine,effect observation and analysis of clinical symptoms and signs of patients,hsCRP,PCT,pulmonary function,arterial blood gas.Experimental study: 50 mice,male and female,were randomly divided into control group,positive drug ZhikeJuhong capsule group(0.65g/kg),Chuan’an syrup high dose group(4.0g/kg),an asthma group(2.0g/kg),syrup syrup Chuan’an low dose group(1.0g/kg),10 rats in each group.The ammonia induced cough was observed after 5min in the frequency of cough and cough latency time.50 mice,male and female,the experimental group,the dose ibid,to observe its effect on the excretion of phenol red in mice by phenol red expectoration method.60 rats,male and female,were randomly divided into Chuan’an syrup high(2.8g/kg),(1.4g/kg),low dose group(0.7g/kg)positive drug ZhikeJuhong capsule group(0.46g/kg),the model group and the control group,to observe the effect of endotoxin induced fever in rats with endotoxin induced by heat.Results:1.Chuan’an group and control group were observed after 3 months,there were significant differences in cough,expectoration,shortness of breath,sweating,edema,abdominal distension 6 TCM syndrome improvement(p<0.05).2.Chuan’an group and control group were observed after 3 months,there was a significant difference in the amount of cough and expectoration,sputum properties,expectoration difficulty,fever,rales 6 symptoms and signs of improvement(p<0.05).3.Observation of the lung function index of FVC in the treatment group after March,FEV1,FEV1,FVC,FEV1 than the control group was significantly improved(p<0.05).4.After treatment in March,the PaO2 and PaCO2 in the asthmatic group were significantly improved compared with the control group(p<0.05).5.The hsCRP and PCT in the asthmatic group were significantly improved after the treatment for 14 days(p<0.05).6.Compared with the blank group,the high,middle and low dose groups can obviously increase the cough latency and reduce the number of cough.7.Each drug group with blank control group,Chuan’an syrup,high middle and low dose and positive drug on mice respiratory phenol red excretion increased,indicating Chuan’an syrup may have certain expectorant effect.8.There was no significant difference in body temperature before and after administration(p>0.05),and the body temperature at different time after treatment was higher in the model group than in the blank control group(p>0.05).At different time in each group were compared with the model group,to the heating agent 1H,2h,3h,each group body temperature decreased significantly(p<0.05);to the heating agent after 4H Chuan’an syrup group body temperature decreased significantly(p<0.05),while the positive control group had no significant difference(p>0.05);to the heating agent 5h,Chuan’an syrup body temperature decreased significantly in high dose group(p<0.05);other groups had no obvious difference(p>0.05),that can inhibit LPS induced rats body temperature,action time of 5 hours or more,has obvious antipyretic effect.Conclusion:Prompt Chuan’an syrup improve COPD patients with cough and expectoration,shortness of breath,sweating,edema,abdominal distension syndrome.Chuan’an syrup improve COPD patients with cough and expectoration,sputum properties,expectoration difficulty,fever,rales symptoms and signs.Conclusion COPD can improve the pulmonary function,blood gas analysis,hsCRP and PCT in patients with stable phase.The administration of ammonia induced cough frequency in mice significantly reduced,prolong the incubation period of cough syrup Chuan’an oral has antitussive effect;the mice respiratory phenol red excretion increased with expectorant effect;on lipopolysaccharide induced fever in mice was significantly inhibited and has antipyretic effect.It showed that cough syrup,expectorant and antipyretic effect were observed. |
