Eliminate Asthma Paste The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (copd) And Stability Of The Safety And Efficacy Of Clinical Evaluation

Objective:Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)is a progressive airway disease which is characterized by airflow limitation that is a destructive lung disease. The high morbidity and mortality are the serious affect to the life quality of patients and labor ability, so the prevention and treatment of COPD are really important to be concerned and be worthy of discussing, especially for the stable phase. In recent years, Western medicine in COPD, especially for the stable phase, has gained new improvement, but mainly focus on improving the symptoms and reduce complications. Bronchodilatator and glucocorticosteroid are the main medications for the stable stage of COPD. However, problems of long-term use are significant, such as:Side-effects, high expense, and high risk of infection which causes a decline of life quality, even fatal. On the other hand, researching of TCM in treating and preventing COPD has made big progress and shown its special advantages. In this paper, we will observe the effect of using Treating Winter Diseases in summer acupuncture points Plaster in stable stage of COPD.Methods:According to the diagnostic and inclusion criteria both in west medicine and TCM,142 COPD patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given placedo. The treatment group was given treating Winter Diseases in Summer XiaoChuanGao。The treatment were conducted in dog days of summer, 6 hours each time for every 10 days.3 times were a treatment course;Then we mainly observe the pulmonary function,SGRQ life quality score,BODE index and acute exacerbation times in different stages of treatment.SPSS statistical analysis software was used to analyze the results.Results:After 3 courses of treatment, after treatment, SGRQ score in the Activities,effect,total score,,COPD acute exacerbation frequency, number of hospitalization than the control group were significantly improved (P<0.05), SGRQ symptom score in part, pulmonary function, BODE index was no significant difference (P> 0.05), two strong local skin reactions were not there, drugs have safety.Conclusion:The therapy has a positive effect in COPD patients at the stable stage, can distinctively promote the clinical symptoms and improve their life quality and prognosis.
