Study On The Basic Public Health Services Of Urban Communities In Guangdong Province

Public management,public service theory in China’s government system reform,public service and other aspects of the increasingly deep.China’s urban community basic public health services after years of development has made some achievements,but also exposed such as the administrative system constraints,ideological ideas behind the uneven distribution of health care resources and social security system and other related system is not perfect a series of problems worth it We are thinking and studying.This paper analyzes the current situation of urban public health service center(or community health center)and the utilization of health service in the urban community of Guangdong Province as an example.The situation of community residents ’demand for health service and its influencing factors,the analysis of the supply of basic health services in urban communities and the reasons for the residents’ needs,and the solution to the problems encountered in the development of basic public health services in urban communities,Expensive medical care,difficult to see a doctor,to improve the basic community public health service system to provide a basis for reference.This study intends to understand the situation of community residents’ demand for medical treatment and the use and construction of basic public services in urban communities through questionnaires and field visits.This paper studies the supply and demand of basic public health services in urban communities from the perspective of public theory,public service theory and cooperative governance theory,constructs the corresponding conceptual framework,analyzes the government’s supply and demand of basic public health services in urban communities Influence Mechanism.This paper analyzes the development course of the basic public health service of urban communities in Guangdong Province,and uses the methods of literature collection,comparative analysis and other methods to study the advanced experience and management mode of urban areas at home and abroad,and further combs the development ideas of basic public health services in urban communities,Proposed to optimize the administrative system reform,strengthen education and publicity,rational allocation of information resources,training general practitioners and improve the social security system convergence mechanism and other countermeasures.Through the comparative analysis and research,it is deeply recognized that the development of basic public health services in urban communities in China can not take the model of high welfare in the United Kingdom and the mode of full market operation in the United States,and it must follow the path of its own.The innovation of this research is that the basic public health service construction of urban community must be taken under the guidance of the government,the parties to carry out cooperation and development model.The inadequacies of the government system reform on the public health part of the argument is less,the lack of sufficient theoretical support.
