Clinical Effect Observation On The Treatment Of Helicobacter Pylori-associated Chronic Non-atrophy Gastritis With Liver-stomach Disharmony Type Of Shugantiaowei Decoctionon

Objective:This topic is investigate the Clinical curative efficacy of Helicobacter pylori-associated chronic non-atrophy gastritis(Liver-stomach Disharmony Type)with Shugantiaowei Decoction.Methods:This study has selected 60 treatment patients with Helicobacter pylori-associated chronic non-atrophy gastritis(Liver-stomach Disharmony Type),divided into two groups by using a method with random number table,30 in each group.The medicine of Observation group:Shugantiaowei Decoction.The medicine of Control group:omeprazole,amoxicillin and Clarithromycin.They all continuously takes medicine with 2 weeks for one course of treatment.Compared the change of TCM syndrome curative effect,the TCM symptoms integral,sigle symptom score,Hp eradicate rate,endoscopic integration and pathological morphological grading after treatment of the two groups,finally made a statistical analysis.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,The total effective rate of control group was 70.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome integral:TCM syndrome score were compared between before and after treatment of the two groups,there was significant difference(P<0.01).After treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.The difference in improving the symptoms of the noisy pantothenic acid compared with two groups,the difference was no significant(P>0.05);The difference in improving the symptoms of the diagnosis painor pains channeling at two side,belching,modern depression or upset,eat less,chest tightness,irritability and shitcompared with two groups,the difference was significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the H.pylori eradication rate of the TCM group was 43.33%,the western medicine group was70.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The inprovement of endoscopic integration and pathological morphological grading were compared after treatment of the two groups,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: In the patients of Helicobacter pylori-associated chronic gastritis(Liver-stomach Disharmony Type),Shugantiaowei Decoction was superior to the western medicine at the improvement of clinical symptoms.Both kinds of treatments could eradicate H.Pylori,reduce gastric mucosal inflammation,and the safety is good..But on the Hp's eradicate rate,the inprovement of endoscopic integration and pathological morphological grading,the western medicine was superior to Shugantiaowei Decoction.
