| [Objectives]To observe Prof. Wang Leting’s "experienced ten-needle" combined with Prof. Xu Pengling’s "Prof. Xu’s harmony decoction" in the treatment of chronic gastritis the disharmony of liver-stomach,to explore the advantage of the combination of acupuncture and medicine for he treatment of chronic gastritis the disharmony of liver-stomach compared with the pure traditional Chinese medicine treatment,to investigate the clinical effect of combination of acupuncture and medicine treatment,verify the treatment advantage of famous doctors’ combination,to provide a new thought of treatment for chronic gastritis the disharmony of liver-stomach and the next step of clinical popularization and application.[Methods]Selecting 90 cases with chronic gastritis in Beijing Tongrentang Chinese Medicine Hospital and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine affiliated Huguosi Hospital from May 2014 to November 2015.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, chronic gastritis syndrome diagnostic criteria in line with the disharmony of liver-stomach, and all have been diagnosed with gastroscope examination report and helicobacter pylori (Hp) test results from he other hospital.According to the random number table,90 cases with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into the control group with 45 cases and observation (treatment group) group with 45 cases.On the basis of general treatment,Patients in control group simply took "Prof. Xu’s harmony decoction", patients in observation group on the basis of the control group, combined with acupuncture treatment.The two groups were all treated for 5 weeks.Clinical observation on chronic gastritis between two groups before the treatment、 after the treatment(5weeks)and after the treatment for 3 months(12weeks). The obtained statistical data and information were analyzed by SPSS18.0.[Results]1.Before treatment, as for the gender, age, course of disease total or individual scores of chronic gastritis symptoms in the control group and the observation group, there were no significant statistical differences (P>0.05),the results are comparable.2.After five weeks of treatment.The result shows that no matter in control(Prof. Xu’s harmony decoction)or in observing group(Prof. Xu’s harmony decoction and experienced ten-needle),the patients’s symptoms such as the stomach bilges, stomach pain, belching, acid regurgitation,lacking in strength has good curative effect (P<0.05),and the curative effect of observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05)3.Observation group(Prof. Xu’s harmony decoction and experienced ten-needle)in the total symptom integral, the clinical effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine and Hp overcast rate were significantly higher than that in control group(Prof. Xu’s harmony decoction),That observation group compared with the control group in terms of clinical curative effect is more significant.4.Three months after treatment follow-up shows that comparison within the control(Prof. Xu’s harmony decoction)and the observing group(Prof. Xu’s harmony decoction and experienced ten-needle),three months after treatment of TCM syndrome total integral both fell compared to before treatment and after five weeks’streatment in the two groups (P< 0.05),it shows that the curative effect of two groups after treatment for three months were better than before and after five weeks treatment;and three months after treatment to form a more more obvious decline in observation group than control group,it shows that that observation group on clinical curative effect to maintain overall three months after treatment is better than that of control group, and a further sign of the durability of the treatment effect.[Conclusions]1.In this study, research results showed that the combination of acupuncture with medicine(Prof. Xu’s harmony decoction and experienced ten-needle)and pure Chinese traditional medicine(Prof. Xu’s harmony decoction)all have very good curative effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis with the disharmony of liver-stomach.2.Combination of acupuncture with medicine(Prof. Xu’s harmony decoction and experienced ten-needle)on the treatment of chronic gastritis liver-stomach with the clinical curative effect is superior to pure Chinese medicine treatment(Prof. Xu’s harmony decoction).3.By the form of combination of acupuncture with medicine for the treatment of chronic gastritis offers a new way for the clinical treatment of chronic gastritis. |
