The Clinical Observation Of JinZhiZhuShi Decoction On The Treatment Of Urinary Calculus (The Syndrome Of Damp Heat And Qi Stagnation)

Purpose:The purpose of this research is to observe the clinical curative effect of JinZhiZhuShi Decoction in the treatment of Urinary Calculus (the syndrome of Damp heat and Qi stagnation), we investigate the theory basis of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of Urinary Calculus, and assess the clinical efficacy and safty preliminarily.Methods:42 subjects were chosen under the principle of inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, and then were divided into treatment group (JinZhiZhuShi Decoction) and control group (Shenshitong Granules) with the method of randomized controlled trials. We compared the two groups of subjects before and after treatment of the stone free rate, recurrence rate, TCM syndrome score, blood and urine biochemical indexes, urinary ultrasonography.According to the data obtained in the experiment, the preliminary efficacy and safety evaluation could be made.Results:The total effectiveness of treatment group is 85.71%, and control group is 71.42%, that means the total effectiveness of treatment group is better than that of control group. After treatment, urine white and red blood cell count of two groups are reducing, and the treatment group's effect is better than the control group. There is no side effect and adverse reaction.Conclusion:JinZhiZhuShi Decoction can effectively promote the expulsion of stones in patients with urinary calculus (damp heat and qi stagnation), and also relieve the clinical symptoms of patients. Clearing heat, dissipating dampness, promoting the circulation of qi are effective methods for the treatment of Urolithiasis.
