Analyses Of Blood Lipid Profiles Among Older Adults During A 5-year Period

Objective:to understand the blood lipid level of the elderly population in Wujiang District of Suzhou city in QiDu Town,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Methods:2010-2014 5 years in Wujiang District of Suzhou City,QiDu Town Community Health Service Center for the elderly health examination personnel in 21948 cases,including 3475 cases in 2010 and 2011 2012 4231 cases,5205 cases,4210 cases in 20132014,4827 cases of the four indexes the serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein protein and high density lipoprotein were detected.Results:in 21948 cases of control group,the normal rate of total cholesterol in 2012 up to 96.10%,the normal rate of total cholesterol in 2014 for a minimum of 91.9%;in 2010 the highest rate of normal triglyceride was 89.90%,the rate of normal triglyceride for a minimum of 83.86%in 2011.In 2011,the normal rate of low density lipoprotein was 98.96%,and the normal rate of low density lipoprotein was 96.58%in 2013.In 2013,the normal rate of high density lipoprotein was 94.70%,and the normal rate of high density lipoprotein was 70.07%in 2010.Conclusion:high blood fat Wujiang District QiDu town old people still have a certain proportion of hyperlipidemia is a threat to the health of the elderly people,the community health service center for prevention of high blood lipid in the elderly and health education has a long way to go.
