Research purposes:The special children's survival and development is a social problem which must be solved, it is also the important embodiment of spiritual civilization of a country. The mainly reason why the special children have sick is because the brain central nervous system appeared abnormal, nowadays the effective way to improve the symptoms of special children's comparison is mainly through the way of rehabilitation training, education intervention method. Some successful examples of rehabilitation training in China or abroad give hope to many special children.But at the moment, both the rehabilitation training practice and theory research are still lack of comparison, for mentally retarded children, what kinds of way for rehabilitation training should be used? What kind of project in training methods mentally retarded children should be design? How to assess rehabilitation effect of all kinds of training methods? For mentally retarded children, how to implement rehabilitation training plan? Many special educational practitioners, parents, social loving people do not know it clearly.Based on the analysis and summary of mentally retarded children rehabilitation training method is proposed in the literature on the basis of, through the induction and collation, build a set of mentally retarded children rehabilitation training system of the overall plan, the hope can give intellectually disabled children rehabilitation training of practitioners, the patient's parents, social loving people provide certain theoretical guidance. Research method and content:This article mainly used the literature material method, interview method, inductive method and case analysis. The key is to construct a system of retarded children rehabilitation training of the overall plan, including the five aspects of content: the brain central nervous system working model, method of rehabilitation training and rehabilitation training effect evaluation system, rehabilitation training plan, and mentally disabled children rehabilitation training case analysis. Research conclusions:1.By using the theory of neurons work model and neural plasticity theory demonstrates the rehabilitation training to promote the brain mechanism of change, also lay a theoretical foundation for medical, rehabilitation training and education in the future for combined treatment of mentally retarded children.2.This paper constructs the 10 kinds of rehabilitation training method for the mentally disabled children, including 5 ways have a direct role in promoting children's six capacity of improvement, five have auxiliary effect; In each method also designed the corresponding program.3. According to the degree of impaired in patients with the general principle of the inductive and organizing various kinds of rehabilitation training evaluation system, extracting common index, and established an evaluation questionnaire, help others to understand and to learn from.4.Established the model of retarded children rehabilitation theory research and provide reference for mentally retarded children.The rehabilitation scheme is to establish a general template, case studies can also more convenient implementation according to the template.5.Case study shows that it fully confirmed effectiveness and accuracy to build the rehabilitation training program of retarded children in this paper.
