Objective:The Purpose of this study was to explore the Characteristics of TCM Syndrome Element of Perimenopausal Syndrome (PSM)of Urban women in Fuzhou. Provide the basis for the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of PSM.In order to guide the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment,Provide better health care of Peri-mennopausal women.Methods:This study is focused on Urban women of Fuzhou city community. Choosing183PMS Patients as the subjects, acquired The diagnosis information through standardized four diagnostic methods, study the characteristics of the syndrome element s of disease location and nature.Results1. In this study,183PMS Patients of Urban women in Fuzhou aged between40and60were collected,average age49.48±4.98, menopausal age is49.54±2.73in average. The one with high education degree of College or above makes the largest proportion(46.45%).Mental workers make up the largest portion of the total (59.56%).2.Distribution of syndrome elements:The main locations of Perimenopausal syndrome are liver and Kidney;yin deficiency and Qi stagnation are the main nature of disease.The others are blood deficiency, Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency,moisture,Phlegm,YangKang, heat and blood stasis in turn. Marks of Kidney,blood deficiency, Yang deficiency, Phlegm, moisture, blood stasis in elder age and menopausal women are significantly higher than than those in lower age and non-menopausal women. mental worker’s Pathological changes of mind is much more obvious than that of manual worker and housewife.Blood deficiency, Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency are obvious in manual worker and housewife. Marks of Liver and mind in Well-educated women are significantly higher than those in Poor-educated women,while the Poor-educated women have a higher mark in blood deficiency and Yang deficiency.3.Distribution of symptoms:A higher frequency of symptoms of Perimenopausal syndrome followed by agitation, insomnia,hot flushes and sweating, irregular menstruation, osteoarthitic Pain, fatigue,dizziness,headache,Palpitation, amnesia, feverish sensation, tinnitus, suspicious, Paresthesia, depression, urinary symptoms,est.4.Distribution of TCM syndrome:Among Urban women in Fuzhou, the TCM syndrome differentiation are mainly of Yin-asthenia and yang-hyperactivity, liver-kidney yin deficiency,stagnation of phlegm-dampness,liver-qi stagnation syndrome.Yin-asthenia and yang-hyperactivity syndrome make up the largest portion.Live Zheng is mainly syndrome of liver-qi stagnation, followed by Liver yin deficiency.Kidney Zheng is mainly syndrome of kidney yin deficiency. Spleen-qi deficiency is most common in Spleen Zheng. Heart Zheng is mainly syndrome of heart-yin deficiency and heart-qi deficiency.Conclusion1.Among Urban women of Fuzhou city community,Liver and kidney syndrome are the main location of Perimenopausal syndrome, especially liver. The Pathology of liver is the key factors of developing of disease during the through course. Yin deficiency and Qi stagnation are the main nature of disease.2.Syndrome of Yin-asthenia and yang-hyperactivity, liver-kidney yin deficiency stagnation of phlegm-dampness,liver-qi stagnation syndrome are the most common TCM syndrome of Urban women in Fuzhou.Most of the patients show syndrome matching both deficiency and excessive.It suggested that deficiency matching excessive is the basic characteristics of Pathogenesis.3.TCM Pathological characteristics of Perimenopausal syndrome affected by age culture, occupation, menstruation and other factors.4. Agitation is the most common symptom of Perimenopausal syndrome, insomnia also had high incidence.It suggested that PMS was a kind of Psychosomatic Diseases, we should attach great importance to Psychological Intervention in clinical treatment,in order to to enhance the treatment effect.
