Objective:This paper is guiding by Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, using clinical investigation and the method of syndromes elements, to approach the common main locations and main nature of perimenopausal syndrome among rural women in Fuzhou. To provide the basis for the standardization of diagnosis and guide the clinical syndrome treatment and peri-menopausal women’s health care.Data and Methods:Collecting diagnosis information from125perimenopausal syndrome patients, to study the distribution of syndrome elements.Result:1. This investigation collected a total of125cases of women suffering from perimenopausal syndrome between the age of40to60.Which premenopausal66and postmenopausal59.2. Distribution of syndrome elements:The main location of perimenopausal syndrome are liver and kidney, however uterus, bones and muscles have clear pathological changes(score>100); The main nature of disease are Yin deficiency, Yang deficiency, blood deficiency, Qi deficiency, Qi stagnation, blood stasis, moisture,which are more sever pathological changes than others(score>100);Menopausal women’s kidney and blood deficiency marks is higher than those in non-menopausal women clearly(P<0.01); However, marks of uterus in non-menopausal women is significantly higher than menopausal women(P<0.01).The marks of kidney and blood deficiency in high age group is higher than low age group(P<0.05).3. Distribution of symptoms and sign:The most symptoms and sign of perimenopausal syndrome is musculoskeletal symptoms, thin pulse, menstrual irregularities and taut pulse.4.Common syndromes:The mainly syndrome type is kidney deficiency and blood deficiency.Conclusion:1. The main location perimenopausal syndrome among some rural women in Fuzhou are liver, kidney, uterus, bones and muscles.2. Deficiency and Deficiency-excess missing is the basic characteristics of pathogenesis. 3.Premenopausal patients pay attention to harmonizing Qi and blood in uterus, Ren meridian and Chong meridian; Menopause and older patients governance focus on invigorating kidney and spleen.
