The Clinical Effect Of Meridian Scraping Therapy On Chloasma

Objective:to observe the clinical effects of meridian scraping therapy on chloasma.Methods:30 patients with conforming chloasma is chosen as the research object,USES the meridian scraping therapy treatment (meridian scraping therapy:?rapid horn plate in the limbs of suitable by the blow dry,gently,fast and smooth,not sha in principle,the frequency for 2-3 times per second,each meridian 30 times,l times a day;?from the face of the middle to the sides along the muscle texture or comply with skeletal form single direction gently blow dry,gently,fast and smooth,in principle,not out of sha,frequency for 2-3 times per second,1 x per day),10 days for a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment. Scoring method, judgement of curative effect of standard are used to observe the subjects before and after treatment of chloasma area and the change of color, with the result of the experiment were analyzed.Results:1. the skin lesion scoring method?the lesion area:compared with before treatment,score decreased after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05);?skin color:compared with before treatment,score decreased after treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05);?lesions total points:compared with before treatment,score decreased after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).2. treatment efficiencyBasic cure 0 cases,30 cases were 0 cases had marked effect, improvement in 3 cases, 27 had no effect, the effective rate was 10%.Conclusion:Meridian scraping therapy can improve chloasma skin color.
