Clinical Study Of Jiawei-huangshu Soup Treating After Operation Of Damp-heat Accumulation Type Anal

Objective:To observe the effect of Jiawei-huangshu soup on reliving pain, helping defecation, reducing bleeding and wound secretions when defecating, and promoting wound healing, when being applied to the damp-heat accumulation type anal after operation.Method:Divide 60 patients, who meet the inclusion criteria, into treatment group and control group with every 30 patients, according to random number table. On the basis of giving the same conventional treatment to the two groups before and after operation, the treatment group began the treatment of taking Jiawei-huangshu soup after the second day of operation:1 agent one day, morning and evening hours service,7 days a course of treatment. And the control group did not take the Chinese medicine. Then, observed the changes in symptoms and signs of the two groups in the second, ninth and sixteenth days after operation, such as wound pain, bowel conditions, bleeding and wound secretions when defecating, and scored these observing indicators. Finally, observed the wound healing situation and compared the wound healing time of the two groups in the second, ninth, sixteenth and twenty-third days after operation.Result:The selected 60 patients have no significant difference in gender, age and disease duration, and no one is off case. After treatment, the points of those observing indicators of the two groups in the ninth, sixteenth days after operation, have statistical significance by the rank sum test, including wound pain, defecation, bleeding and wound secretions (P<0.05). After a course of treatment, the total efficiency of the treatment group is 100%, and the control group is 93.33%, the points also have statistical significance by the rank sum test (P <0.05).Comparing the wound area of the two groups, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Comparing the wound healing time of the two groups, the result has statistical significance by the t test (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei-huangshu soup, which was took in the treatment of the damp-heat accumulation type anal after operation, can effectively relieve pain, help defecation, reduce bleeding and wound secretions when defecating, promote wound healing, shorten the course of treatment, and has no significant adverse reactions. Therefore, Jiawei-huangshu soup is a safe and effective Chinese medicine preparation.
