Diabetes is a major disease which endangering human health,With the change of the improvement of living standards,the nutrition structure,transport developed,the decrease of the intensity of labor,coupled with the psychological pressure and increasing environmental degradation,diabetes has become a common disease,frequently-occurring disease,the chronic disease may be permanent.At present it has become a public health problem which cause serious damage to the human health.Diabetes incidence showed a trend of increase in our country,and the tendency towards younger this paper,on the basis of "kidney advocate bone","kidney begin to understand the ear" theory,combined with this group of patients have kidney deficiency and associated with hearing loss,tonifying kidney recipe combined with syndrome differentiation therapy treat diabetes hearing loss was observed.Objective: Diabetes is a major disease which endangering human health,sensorineural deafness caused by diabetes,its etiology is not yet clear,so treatment is extremely difficult,According to the performance of kidney deficiency in patients with diabetes hearing loss,refer to the theory of "kidney advocate bone" and "kidney begin to understand the ear".The curative effect of tonifying kidney recipe treat diabetes hearing loss was observed in this study,it provides the idea and method of tonifying kidney recipe treat diabetes hearing loss.Methods: According to deaf rating standard of the international organization for standardization(ISO)published in 1964,in 2012 from October to November 2015 in endocrinology of Xingtai people’s hospital and department of Integration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.of second affiliated hospital of Xingtai medical college 308 cases(416 ears)patients with NIDDM with deafness were selected.72 ears deaf is mild,moderate 120 ears deaf,and moderately severe 132 deaf ears,severe 60 deaf ears,profound 32 deaf ears;236 ears unilateral hearing loss,180 ears Bilateral deafness;sudden deafness 46 ears,the gradual 370 ears.Divided into two groups according to random number table method principle: treatment group(Kidney-tonifying traditional Chinese drugs group)170 cases(220 ears),73 cases of male,female 97 cases,36-69 years old,average 50.6 years of age,course of disease of 1 to 10 years,average 4.6 years.The western medicine control group 138 cases(196 ears),69 cases of male,female 69 cases,age 34-67 years old,average 49.8 years,course of disease of 1-9 years,average 4.3 years.Both groups exclude toxic disease,traumatic brain injury,noise-induced deafness,history of drug poisoning,etc.Diagnostic criteria in accordance with the world health organization(WHO)diagnostic criteria of NIDDM.Chinese medicine dialectical classification with reference to the clinical research guiding principles of the new drug treatment for diabetes(collateral).Deafness classification refer to deaf rating standard of the international organization for standardization(ISO)published in 1964.In the treatment group tonifying kidney recipe combined with dialectical medication were applied.The control group,132 cases(184 ears)adopt glibenclamide and conventional medicines to treat deafness.The hearing,FBG,PBG,24 h urine sugar quantitative,the situation of main symptoms improved,platelet function,SOD and LPO changes were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:1 The hearing comparison in the two groups before and after treatment: total effective rate of hearing improved in the treatment group was 57.7%,the control group was 28.5%(P < 0.05).2 The change of FBG,PBG and 24 h urine sugar quantitative in two groups before and after treatment: The change of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2h postprandial blood glucose(PBG)and 24 h urine glucose quantitative were more obvious than those before treatment in two groups(P<0.05,P< 0.01),Among them,The curative effect of PBG and 24 h urine sugar quantitative in treatment group were better than those of control group(P < 0.01),FBG has no obvious difference in two groups(P> 0.05).3 Main symptoms before and after treatment in both groups: Compared with before treatment the symptoms of lumbar debility,more urinate,easy to hungry and like eating,thin weak were improved more obviously(P < 0.05,P <0.01)in the treatment group,while in the control group the symptom improvement is not obvious.4 The situation of platelet adhesion rate,platelet aggregation rate,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and lipid peroxide(LPO)before and after treatment in two groups: Platelet adhesion rate,platelet aggregation rate,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and lipid peroxide(LPO)have a better change(P< 0.05,P< 0.01)after treatment in the treatment group,while in the control group the other three indicators are no significant difference(P> 0.05)except with change LPO(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1 Tonifying kidney recipe combined with dialectical medication have an exact effect in diabetic patients with hearing loss,exactly,no patients has symptoms of side effects.2 Tonifying kidney recipe can improve listening comprehension,superoxide dismutase(SOD)in diabetic patients,improve the main symptoms,reduce platelet aggregation,lipid peroxide content,and the curative effect is superior to the conventional western medicine treatment.3 The study provides good ideas and methods for treatment of diabetes hearing loss with combination Chinese traditional and Western medicine.
