Objective:In kidney advocate bone marrow under the guidance of TCM theory,by observing the CCP bone antibody concentration in the source resistance of alkaline phosphatase,blood calcium,bone mineral density measurement of 25 hydroxyl vitamin D research indexes such as changes of kidney in traditional Chinese medicine on the liver and kidney Yin deficiency type of rheumatoid arthritissecondary to the effects of osteoporosis,which provides RA secondary OP new diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Select rui kang affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university diagnosis clear li rheumatism lead of the RA inpatient and outpatient,through the bone mineral density measurement,diagnosis of RA secondary OP differentiation of TCM,90 patients with the liver and kidney Yin deficiency type,number after using the random number table method were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 45 cases each treatment:the control group using methotrexate 10 mg/times,1 time per week;Leflunomide 20mg/time,1 time/day;Calcium carbonate D₃ tablets 1tablet/time,1 time/day;Alfacalciferol capsule 0.25ug1 tablet/time,1 time/day;On this basis,the alendronate sodium tablet 10mg/time treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying liver and kidney,the composition was:30g yam,30g dogwood,15g poria,12g alisma,12g atractylodes,12g atractylodes,12g epimedium,12g glans,20g immune decoction,1 pair per day,warm water,2 times per day,12 weeks of treatment,2 courses of treatment to detect the relevant indicators.Results:（1）before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,gender and course of disease between the treatment group and the control group（P>0.05）,which was comparable.（2）after treatment,the index of joint pain,joint swelling index,joint tenderness index,anti-ccp antibody and bone alkaline phosphatase in the two groups all decreased,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P<0.05）.Compared with the control group,both 25-hydroxyvitamin D and bone mineral density were significantly improved in the treatment group,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusions:（1）Both the treatment group and the control group can significantly improve the joint pain,joint swelling and bone pain numerical scores of patients with RA secondary OP,and the abnormal indicators such as anti-ccp antibody,blood calcium,bone alkaline phosphatase,25-hydroxyvitamin D and bone density can be improved or restored to normal,and the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the normal group.（2）the adverse reactions in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the western medicine group.In the treatment group,more than24 weeks of treatment has better curative effect and fewer adverse reactions,which has the effect of increasing effect and reducing toxicity,and is conducive to long-term drug use.
