Clinical Study Of Three Mulberry Tonifying Deficiency Decoction On Type2 Diabetes Mellitus (Yin Deficiency Syndrome Of Lung And Kidney) In The Aged

Purpose: According to Professor Yang lihua's experience on Application ofthree mulberry tonifying deficiencydecoction in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2diabetes(lung yin deficiency syndrome)clinical observation of patients,the efficacy and safety evaluation of three mulberry tonifying deficiencydecoction in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,and the mechanism of the influence from the theory of traditional Chinese medicine on the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method: The subjects were all from the two Department of internal medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2017 to December 2017.They were randomly selected from 72 outpatients.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.The treatment of primary insulin to maintain during treatment their primary treatment unchanged(including medication type and dose of medication,diet and exercise control)and blood glucose control is not ideal,on the basis of the treatment group was given three mulberry tonifying deficiencydecoction,the control group was given Jade Spring pill treatment,treatment for 4 weeks,by statistical analysis.Observation of TCM symptoms,fasting and meal before and after treatment in two groups after 2H to control blood glucose monitoring,evaluation of three mulberry tonifying deficiencydecoction on elderly patients with type 2diabetes(lung yin deficiency)clinical curative effect and mechanism of protecting patients.Result: 1 Before treatment,the basic information of two groups of patients(age,gender,disease,course of disease)was statistically tested(P value was greater than 0.05),the difference was not statistically significant,comparable.After 4 weeks of treatment,two groups of patients with fasting and postprandial 2H blood glucose level between the two groups,statistically,P<0.05 before and after treatment there was no significant difference in blood glucose,improve the efficacy of the two groups had no significant difference;after treatment,compared two groups of patients with TCM Syndrome curative effect,after statistics processing,P<0.05,have obvious differences,the patients in the treatment group with TCM symptoms improved significantly better than the control group,indicating that three mulberry tonifying deficiencydecoction on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes(lungand kidney yin deficiency)of TCM syndrome in patients with clinical efficacy significantly.2There were no adverse events during the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion: Three mulberry tonifying deficiencydecoction is safe and effective for the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus(lung and kidney yin deficiency),two groups of drugs can effectively improve glycemic index,but the effect is not obvious in improving clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine has outstanding advantages,by the majority of patients,improve patient compliance,reduce the serious adverse reactions in the process of long-term glycemic control,it is worthy of further research and promotion.
