| Objective: To explore the sense of coherence,anxiety and coping style of second pregnancy women,including the correlation between sense of coherence and anxiety,coping style,and the influencing factors.Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive survey was used in this study.Adopt the method of convenience sampling according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Extract the Shijiazhuang from Hebei People's Hospital,The Second Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical University,Fourth Hospital of Shijiazhuang as the sample source unit.In December 2015-July 2016 in the three hospitals extractedinto standard 450 pregnancy women as the reseach object.According to the classification of gestation period and sampling plan pregnancy early(less than or equal to 12 weeks),middle(13-27 weeks)and late(more than or equal to 28 weeks)three stages of child pregnant women every 150,and select the period came to inspect the primipara 180 as control group.Using questionnaire of general data collected during pregnancy women's demographic information,sense of coherence scale to research and analysis of pregnancy women's sense of coherence level;Anxiety Self Rating Scale(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale SAS)investigation and analysis of pregnancy women Anxiety level;Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire SCSQ)investigation and analysis of pregnancy women during pregnancy to face pressure to cope with the situation.UsingSPSS18.0 software for statistical analysis of data,Significance was assumed at ?=0.05.Results:1 Two groups of basic data,the average age and weight of pregnant women was significantly higher than that of early maternal child(P<0.05).Incidence of complications of pregnant women in the second pregnancy hypertension,diabetes and hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus pregnancy were significantly higher than that in the primiparous pregnant women(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of pregnant women,such as the source of the urban and rural areas,the degree of education,the way of payment,the monthly income of the family,etc.(P>0.05).Expect and plan the second pregnant women the sex of the fetus during pregnancy was significantly higher than the number of primipara.The second pregnancy pregnancy is 2-3 times,and times of pregnancy primipara is mainly 1-2.Comparison of the mental health status of the two groups of pregnant women,pregnant women of child psychological sense of coherence scores(5.991 + 10.86)and three dimension score was significantly lower than that of the early maternal(69.57 11.38 +);pregnant women of child anxiety scores and anxiety occurrence rate(36.76 + 9.47;21.16%))was higher than of primipara(30.45 + 5.11;11.18%);Simplified Coping Style in pregnant women child positive coping style score(14.26 + 4.25)was significantly lower than that of primipara(17.59 + 6.11),negative coping style score(10.52 + 335)is higher than that of the initial maternal(8.44 + 2.17).All of the above results were statistically significant(P<0.05).2 The weight of the three pregnant women increased with the increase of pregnancy,and the later stage was significantly higher than that in the early stage.Other general information,including age,urban and rural,education,occupation,medical expenses payment,family income per month,look forward to the sex of the fetus,whether planned pregnancy,pregnant times showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The sense of coherence scores of the second pregnancy women was 59.91±10.86,pregnancy during the early,middle and late period psychological sense of coherence scores were 59.06 + 10.75,63.41±11.86,57.24±9.97 among the three groups and the difference were statistically significant,mid score was significantly higher than that of early and late period.In the three dimension,the scores of psychological satisfaction were significantly higher than that of control and sense of meaning.Women anxiety scores(36.76±5.47)rate of 21.5% of child pregnancy,early(39.09±5.75),incidence rate of 25.1%;medium(33.91±586),incidence rate of 13.7%;late(37.29±497),incidence rate was 24.6%,mid score was significantly lower than that of the early and late,with significant difference(P<0.05).Second pregnancy during the positive coping style the medium-term > early > advanced,medium positive coping score was significantly higher than that of early,late(P<0.05),between morning and evening without significant difference;negative coping style of the middle > early > advanced,mid negative coping style score was significantly higher than that of early and late stage(P<0.05),between morning and evening without significant difference.The sense of coherence of second pregnancy women showed a significant negative correlation(P<0.01)and anxiety,negative coping style,and positive coping style had significant positive correlation(P<0.01).The sense of understanding,sense of control,sense of meaning and anxiety and negative coping style were significantly negatively correlated(P<0.01),and positively correlated with positive coping style(P<0.01).Second pregnancy period of women's anxiety and positive coping style is negatively correlated(P<0.01),and negative coping style was significantly and positively correlated(P <0.01).Pregnancy period of women's psychological sense of coherence and cultural level,medical expenses payment way,family income per month,fetal sex look showed significant positive correlation(P<0.001),and body weight,pregnancy complications,gestational age was negatively correlated(P<0.05).Second level of anxiety of pregnant women and with body weight and pregnancy complications and pregnancy was positively correlated(P<0.05),and urban and rural origin,medical expenses payment,family income per month,fetal gender expectations had a significant negative correlation(P< 0.05).Child coping styles of pregnant women with education level,family monthly income per capita,the sex of the fetus expect showed significant positive correlation(P< 0.001),and pregnancy complications,pregnant times,whether planned pregnancy showed significant negative correlation(P< 0.001).On the second pregnant women psychological sense of coherence as dependent variables to establish multiple linear regression model and pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome,culture degree,family income,medical expenses paid by way of the four variables enter the equation,the adjustment coefficient R2 said four variables together explain 61.2% of the total variance.Pregnancy anxiety in women with dependent variables to establish multiple linear regression model,pregnancy complications,fetal gender expectations,family income per month,pregnant times the four variables enter the equation,the adjustment coefficient R2 said four variables together explain 65.8% of the total variance.To pregnant women positive coping style dependent variables to establish multiple linear regression model,pregnancy complications,degree of culture,and family were income,times of pregnancy the four variables enter the equation,the adjustment coefficient R2 said four variables together explain 67.7% of the total variance.Conclusion:1 Pregnant women with child of adverse pregnancy complications(hypertension,diabetes)incidence was significantly higher than that of primipara,below the psychological health status of pregnant women with child primipara and in other materials without significant difference,two child pregnant women due to high age,complications and the sex of the fetus expect,resulting in physiology and psychology to bear the burden.2 Pregnant women's sense of coherence in the mid to upper level,Anxiety status is poor,especially in late pregnancy.Pregnancy women coping style score is lower than the domestic norm score,late pregnancy women coping styles is lowest.3 There were certain correlation between the second pregnancy women's sense of coherence,anxiety,coping style.The higher level of psychological sense of women in pregnancy,the lower the level of anxiety,coping style and positive;conversely,the lower the level of psychological consistency,the higher the level of anxiety,coping style and negative. |
