Objective To explore serum Interleukin-17?endotoxin?hypersensitive C-reactive protein?procalcitonin of serum levelsinbrucellosispatients and clinical significance. Methods Select acute brucellosis patients 60 cases for the study. All patients had not received anti-brucellosis drug treatment within 6 months.Another 30 cases over the same period were selected as the healthy control group.Using double-antibody sandwich ELISA was used to detect serum Interleukin-17 in the two groups, and each group were detected of endotoxin?hypersensitive C-reactive protein?procalcitonin. These related serum markers were detected and the results were statistically analyzed.Results(1)IL-17 in peripheral blood serum levels of brucellosis patientsis(11.17±3.238)ng/ml, Healthy control group is(1.41±0.467)ng/ml, The difference be tween the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Endotoxin in bru cellosis rank mean48.00,Healthy control group rank mean 40.50,The differen ce between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)CRP in bru cellosis is(37.39±36.15)mg/L,Healthy control group is( 0.99±0.57) mg/L,The difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)PCT in brucellosis rank mean 45.50,Healthy control group rank mean 45.50,The difference between the two groups is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion(1)Peripheral IL-17 reflects the Th17-related immune cells may be involved in the process of Brucella infection immunity, but further studies need to expand the sample line;(2)Endotoxin plays a role in pathological damage and clinical symptoms of brucellosis patients;(3)Brucellosis patients with increased serum CRP level which inflammationactivity active in the body.
