Study On The Correlation Between Preeclampsia And Homocystei?Hypersensitive C-Reactive Protein And D-Dimer

Objective:Preeclampsia is a kind of endemic disease during pregnancy.,which has great harm to the health of maternal and perinatal son. Therefore,the research of pre-eclampsia etiology to the obstetric workers has been research targets for many years, due to the complex etiology, after many years of researching the etiology still remain in several theories.They failed to give a reasonable explanation.In recent years, in order to reduce the occurrence and harmfulness, they are focused on the prediction and prevention of the disease,and are more attention to homocysteine,hypersensitive c-reactive protein and D-dimer in recent years.This research is about that comparing the changing of plasma HCY, hs- CRP, D- D levels that are normal late pregnant women,with preeclampsia women, and severe preeclampsia,with mild preeclampsia,to explore their correlation with pre-eclampsia.So that clinical workers can predict and prevent of the disease early in the future. Thereby lowering the incidence of the disease and its harmfulness. Method: 1. Chooseing 120 patients with preeclampsia who are treated at obstetric in yan 'an yanan university affiliated hospital from September 2014 to December 2014, including 60 mild preeclampsia and 60 severe preeclampsia(according to the eighth edition of journal of obstetrics and gynecology gestational hypertension disease diagnosis standard classification wroten by Xie Xing and gou wenli). Their gestational week and age are 36.76±1.39?36.82±1.40and25.00±4.94?24.83±4.65,At the same time randomly selecting 120 normal late pregnant primipara whose gestational week and age are 36.83±1.42,25.30±4.95 and who prenatal regularly,All people who have not been with the Internal medicine, the surgical and other diseases such as heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes,blood disease, hypertension and other infectious diseases or chronic high blood pressure.,and with obstetrical complications such as Premature rupture of membranes and Placental abruption and so on.All the research object are extracted three test of elbow venous blood on an empty stomach.There are 3ml in each test.2. The level of homocysteine is determinated by ELISA,the immune turbidimetric method is used to measure the hypersensitive c-reactive protein and d-dimer.3. Using SPSS21.0 to analyze the data.using mean±standard to analyze measurement data, using t test to compare between groups, using Pearson correlation analysis to analyze correlation analysis between the two variables.It is thinking that P < 0.05 has a statistically significant difference. Results:1. The level of HCY in preeclampsia groups and normal late pregnant women plasma respectively is 13.33±4.30umol/L?5.84±0.91umol/L,the level of D- dimer respectively is 3.39±1.89ug/ml?0.85±0.17ug/ml,the level of hs-CRP respectively is 7.53±1.34mg/L?3.58±0.95mg/L? In preeclampsia group all the level of plasma HCY, D-dimer, hs-CRP is higher than normal pregnant group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The level of HCY in sever peeclampsia groups and mild peeclampsia groups respectively is 16.70±2.63umol/L ? 9.95±2.68umol/L, the level of D- dimer respectively is 5.05±1.18ug/ml?1.74±0.52ug/ml,the level of hs-CRP respectively is8.53±0.85mg/L ?6.54±0.94mg/L. In sever preeclampsia group all the level of plasma HCY, D-dimer, hs-CRP is higher than mild preeclampsia group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Using the Pearson correlation analysis to analyze the correlation of plasma HCY, D- dimer, HS-CRP CRP in preeclampsia patients,It is concluded that in patients with preeclampsia between two are positively correlated.The correlation coefficient is respectively r1 ? 2=0.900?r2 ? 3=0.934?r1 ? 3=0.916.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion:1.The reason that preeclampsia is occurred at pregnancy may be related to the level of plasma HCY, D- dimer, hs-CRP.2. The severity of preeclampsia has a correlation with the level of plasma HCY,D-dimer,hs-CRP.The level of themis higher, the severious of preeclampsia is more.3. In preeclampsia patients plasma HCY, D-dimer, hs- CRP content was a positive correlation between the two.
