Objective: Through the detectiong and statistical analysis of the serum interleukin-17,endotoxin,high sensitive C reactive protein and procalcitonin about acute brucellosis patients before treatment,1 cycles and 3 cycles of treatment,we explored the changes and clinical significance about IL-17,ET,CRP and PCT in the process of treatment.Methods: Collecting outpatient and hospitalized patients with acute brucellosis bacillus infection during the period of 2015.01 to 2016.12 into the Department of infectious diseases of the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University.They were treated with doxycycline 100 mg bid,rifampicin600 mg qd,every 6 weeks,1 weeks to start a course of treatment,a total of 3 cycles of treatment.The experimental group was divided into three stages: before treatment,after treatment for 1 cycles and after treatment for 3 cycles.We also selected 30 healthy volunteers as control group.The serum levels of the two groups of IL-17 in peripheral blood were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA method,.At the same time,the serum levels of ET,CRP and PCT were detected in the before and after treatment of experimental group,and the results were statistically analyzed.Result:(1)The serum IL-17 expression of patients with acute brucellosis is higher than the healthy control group(P<0.05),1 cycles of treatment group and 3 cycles showed no significant difference with the control group respectively(P>0.05).Serum IL-17 of before treatment was higher than that of 1 cycles of treatment group(P<0.05),serum IL-17 of before treatment was higher than that 3 cycles of treatment group(P<0.05),there is no significant difference between the 1 cycle of treatment and 3 cycles of treatment(P>0.05).(2)Serum ET in before treatment of patients with acute brucellosis is higher than 1 cycles of treatment group(P<0.05),and it is also higher than that of 3 cycles of treatment group(P<0.05),1 cycles of treatment group and 3 cycles of treatment groups have no significant difference(P>0.05);(3)Serum CRP in before treatment of patients with acute brucellosis is higher than 1 cycles of treatment group(P<0.05),and it is also higher than that of 3 cycles of treatment group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between 1 cycles of treatment group and 3 cycles of treatment groups(P>0.05);(4)Serum PCT in before treatment of patients with acute brucellosis is higher than 1 cycles of treatment group(P<0.05),and it isalso higher than that of 3 cycles of treatment group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between 1cycles of treatment group and 3 cycles of treatment groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Serum IL-17 may be involved in the immune response of brucellosis;(2)ET as a bacterial lipopolysaccharide is participated in the process of Brucella infection,which provides a basis for the judgment of the degree of inflammatory reaction;(3)The serum CRP can be used as a monitoring index of acute brucellosis inflammation in the early stage of tuberculosis disease;serum PCT can be used as a monitoring index of acute brucellosis inflammation;dynamic observing serum CRP and PCT of acute brucellosis patients can monitor the course of treatment,evaluation of disease and treatment effect.
