Objectives This study through statistical analysis of the clinical data of the elderly patients with gallstone disease in our hospital, to explore the related clinical factors on the prognosis of patients with gallstone surgery, to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of the elderly patients with gallstone disease. Methods Review of North China Polytechnic University Affiliated Kailuan general hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were selected from the super aged cholangiolithiasis patients, and 122 cases were confirmed by clinical data of surgical treatment. Using Logistic regression classification of cardiac function in senile patients with bile duct stones, lung function, liver function, kidney function, hypertension grading ASA score, serum albumin, fasting blood glucose and perioperative data for statistical analysis, the patient's heart function of basic clinical data of grade II, III grade IV cardiac function, pulmonary function on lung function, III-V grade, Child-Pugh grade a liver function, liver function Child-Pugh B grade C, normal blood pressure, hypertension grade II, grade III hypertension, normal renal function, renal function and renal function of grade II, III- V, normal blood glucose, blood glucose(7mmpl/L-10mmol/L), blood glucose(>10mmol/L), albumin(< 28g/L), albumin(more than 28g/L), ASA. Points ASA, 1-3 score4-5 a total of 19 items for statistical analysis, screening out of statistical significance(P <0.05) multivariate regression analysis, to explore the impact of the risk factors of the prognosis of patients with super aged patients with bile duct stones. Results The very elderly patients with bile duct stones in surgical treatment of 122 cases were discharged. The statistical results showed that there were 4 independent risk factors influencing the postoperative hospitalization time, according to the OR value from large to small order: cardiac function(heart function class I-II OR=4.496 P < 0.001, heart function grade III OR=3.286 P=0.001); liver function(Child-Pugh grade OR=3.272 liver function;pulmonary function(P=0.034) of pulmonary function on OR=3.194(P=0.008);hypertension hypertension grade OR=2.294 P=0.036); independent risk factors affecting the patients with bile leakage in 2, according to the OR value from large to small order:blood glucose(> 10mmol/L) {OR=2.812 P. "0.001, albumin(< 28g/L) OR=1.920 P=0.004OR=0.023 P=1.339}(7mmpl/L-10mmol/L), blood glucose; there are 3 independent risk factors for ICU treatment time of patients after surgery, according to the OR value from large to small order: cardiac function(heart function class I-II OR=3.8 07 P = 0.010);pulmonary function(lung function I and II OR=3.450 P = 0.007, lung III- V grade OR=3.065 P = 0.009); hypertension(hypertension grade II III OR=2.857 P = 0.025).Conclusions For senile bile duct stone patients should be used in operation of multidisciplinary collaboration of individual comprehensive treatment mode, and the efficacy of laparoscopic treatment of satisfactory and safe and reliable. Preoperative adjustment of heart function, lung function, liver function and blood pressure can shorten the patient's hospitalization time, preoperative cardiopulmonary function to correct and control of blood pressure can accelerate the rehabilitation of patients, reduce expenses;preoperative glycemic control and adjust the level of albumin can reduce the complications.
