| Object1. To observe the clinieal effieacy and meehanism of traditional Chinese medicine regarding to prevent stone recurrence after Minimally invasive lithotomy2. To study and explore the impact of taking Chinese medicine on the prevention of stone recurrence related factors after laparoscopic minimally invasive gallbladder preservation, and to sum up relevant experience.3. To provide reference for clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in minimally invasive gallbladder preserving surgery.MethodsSelect 2013 to 2015 period in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang College of traditional Chinese medicine, successful implementation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy incision to take stone surgery patients 60 cases, were randomly divided into treatment group and contrast group each 30 cases, by postoperative examination with B ultrasound observation is to review the gallstone, gallbladder contraction function, gallbladder wall thickness to Chinese medicine Decoction curative effect and safety of evaluated.Results1. Comparing the result from B ultrasound in 6 months after surgery,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than the control group,(P<0. 05),which was statistical significance, it was proved that taking the traditional Chinese medicine can effectively prevent the recurrence of gallbladder stones compared to the control group.2. Comparing the result from B ultrasound in 6 months after surgery,gallbladder contractile function of therapy group was significantly improved (P < 0.05), which was statistically significant; gallbladder contractile function of control group was significantly improved (P<0.05),whieh was statistically significant; However, after comparison of gallbladder contractile function for two groups, gallbladder contraction function of treatment group is better than that of contrast group (P<0.05).It proved that Chinese medicine has the curative effect for postoperative improvement of gallbladder contraction function.3. Patients in the two groups treatment group after 6 months B-mode ultrasonography of gallbladder wall thickness compared with the preoperative decreased significantly (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant; control group after 6 months B-mode ultrasonography of gallbladder wall thickness compared with the preoperative decreased significantly (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant; compared the two groups, treatment group of gallbladder wall thickness is better than those of the control group (P< 0. 05), It proved that the traditional Chinese medicine has the curative effect to improve the thickness of gallbladder wall after operation.ConclusionChinese medicine for laparoscopic minimally invasive cholecystolithotomy can effectively reduce the recurrence rate, it has curative effect to improve the contractile function of gallbladder and gallbladder wall thickness. |
