Study On The Elements And Importance Of The Army Regimental Medical Detachment Surgeon Primary Title Post Competency

In the new historical period, with the development of the new military changes in the world, our army grass-roots medical support capacity building facing new challenges and opportunities.All aspects of military medical support work have put forward higher requirements. As an important force of medical support work, the grass-roots medical staff competency will have a decisive impact on the quality of medical service.This research is based on the requirement of "six abilities", which is put forward by the Central Military Commission on the basic health work of the army.On the basis of literature review and expert consultation.Reference competency theory and by the early of the army regimental medical detachment (primary title) to investigate the status quo of medical post competency,find the problems in time.To the problem as a breakthrough point, as of (primary title) team of the army brigade health medical post competency constitute elements of the selection of the reference.In order to ensure the scientific rationality of the selection factors and the exact and effective.
