Research Of Service Model Of General Practice In Military Grass Roots

Health care construction is one of the important parts of the modernization construction of military physician. As the front line, health care work in military grass roots plays the role of transforming the health care into battle effectiveness. Servicemen get health care from the units of military grass roots which have the functions of prevention, medical care, health care and healing and whose construction has direct influence upon the health keeping in peace time and the winning in wartime. As the main force of health care service in military grass roots, military general physicians function as the key point of bettering the building and service of health care in military grass roots.As one of the historic events during the half century, General Practice health care service, General Practice, General Practitioners display the trend of changes of the medicine and health care service models all over the world. Simply speaking, General Practice health care provides personnel, family and community with the available, sustainable, integrated service of medical and health care.Due to the changes of the illness spectrum and the demand of military modernization construction, military general physicians, who are similar to the GPS in communities, play the roles of not only doctor but also friends, educator, adviser, helper, prolocutor, etc. Comprehensive and continuous service, like the work done by GPS, should be provided in military grass roots with the aim of meeting the demand of servicemen.Methods of literature search, on-the-spot survey, questionnaire survey, precedence chart, etc. are adopted in this paper. With the help of General Practice theory, the author has given a systematic analysis on the health care service in military grass roots, and finally a model of health care service in military grass roots. This paper has four parts:Part I: Health care demand survey of the military grass roots. Taking 400 servicemen from the Southwest War Zone as investigating objects, the author has made the surveying chart and conducted the survey which includes body examination, psychological advising, etc.Part II: Status quo survey of GPS'health care in military grass roots. Taking 180 military general physicians from the Southwest War Zone as investigating objects and combining describing and analytical surveys, the author has made the surveying chart in order to investigate the basic working information, knowledge, etc.Part III: Status quo survey of the GPS'working in military grass roots. From the manpower situation, professional quality and influencing factors related, the author has given the countermeasures for the betterment of health care service in military grass roots. It is found that kinds of problems are existing in the service work, and the service model can not meet the demand of servicemen in military grass roots.Part IV: Construction of the General Practice model in military grass roots. The construction which contains 6 first-class elements and 29 second-level elements is finally given considering the factors and theories related.By the survey and the analysis, valuable information has been gathered and the problems are systematically and scientifically analyzed in order to build the health care service model in military grass roots. The research can be used as the reference for the construction of General Practice model in military grass roots.
