Objective:Research change level of myelin basic protein(MBP), tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF- ?) and interleukin 6(IL-6) on brain damage in serum and cerebrospinal fluid in experimental rat of Severe acute pancreatitis, analyze its relevance to the progression of brain damage of Severe acute pancreatitis, for clinical diagnosis and treatment of brain damage of Severe acute pancreatitis to provide experimental basis.Methods:Select 40 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group(SO group n = 10) and pancreatic encephalopathy group(PE group, n = 30), SO group set the duodenal papilla retrograde pancreatic puncture injection of saline, PE group by retrograde infusion of 5% sodium taucrocholate into the biliopancreatic duct through the duodenal induced rat pancreatic encephalopathy model.SO group rats in 1 day all executed after surgery, PE group in building1, 3, 7 day after each executed only 10.Take SO and PE group rats brain tissue and pancreatic tissue.The changes of brain water contents,leucocytes accumttlation and adhesion were measured. Observation of brain cells and nerve fibers, pancreatic tissue pathological changes. MBP content,TNF- ? content and IL-6 content were measured in the serum and cerebrospinal fluid in rats.Results: With the extension of time, edema of nerve cells and nerve fibers demyelination changes significantly,.The content of MBP,TNF-?, IL-6 significantly higher than SO group in the serum and cerebrospinal fluid in 1 day after building(P < 0.01,P < 0.05, P < 0.05). The building after 1,3,7 day using the two comparison of LSD- t test.Prove the illness development,each factor show different changes.Conclusion: By retrograde infusion of 5% sodium taucrocholate into the biliopancreatic duct through the duodenal induced rat model of brain damage of Severe acute pancreatitis is very stabilization and is condvcive to study with the progression of each factor level change. In rat model of brain damage of Severe acute pancreatitis, MBP, TNF alpha, IL- 6 in pancreatic encephalopathy occurred on the occurrence and development of brain tissue damage has an important role.
