Ojective:To explore the situation of drainage for patients and investigate the relevant factors affecting drainage after breast cancer surgery and, if possible,a reference for postoperative drainage management of breast cancer was provided. Methods:A total of 144 female breast cancer patients undergoing surgery in hospital were observed from August 2013 to May 2014.Observe and record the postoperative drainage time, the drainge volume and the height of negative pressure aspirator for 14 days. By reviewing the clinical data,we obtained information of age, height, weight, Body Mass Index, albumin level, accompaning with diabetes and hypertension or not and other information.Results:1.The ineffective of the negative pressure aspirator on the first day,the second day and the thired day has a significant difference with the forth day; The ineffective of the negative pressure aspirator on the fourth day and the fifth day,the fifth day and the sixth day have difference.2.The day after 5 days compared the ineffective of the negative pressure aspirator before the days has no statistical difference.3.Age,body mass index(BMI),preoperative serum albumin level and drainage catheter are the factors of postoperative drainage.4.Patients with hypertension or Diabetes was not statistically significant on postoperative drainage.Conclusion:1.The negative pressure of drainge after three days surgery is very important.2.Age, BMI, albumin level are important influential factors for drainge after breast cancer surgery.
