Internet medical developed rapidly in recent years, it has become an important means of solving many problems that current medical services facing with, and further promoting the transformation of the medical service model. O2 O model emphasizes the connection and integration of online and offline, it has become an effective and exercisable model of internet medical. O2 O medical service combine the offline medical service links with online platform, to realize the centralized management and control of health care resources, business collaboration and sharing service, and reconstruct medical service process, improve the effectiveness and quality of medical services.[Objective] Through literature analysis, master related knowledge and the development status of O2 O mode, understanding the development situation of domestic and foreign related application about O2 O model and O2 O medical service. Based on relevant national policies and regulations and standards, combined with the actual situation and demands of medical institutions medical and health services, exploring the optimization and innovation of medical service model on the basis of O2 O model. Mainly to achieve the following objectives: studying constructing O2 O medical service system architecture, including the overall architecture, technical architecture, information architecture and functional structure; innovating business processes and reengineering hospital services processes according to the basic idea of O2O; designing new medical and health service business process; proposed the development countermeasures of O2 O medical service in our country.[Methods] The research methods used in this paper are literature analysis, field investigation, Service-Oriented Architecture design method, IDEF function modeling method, BPMN business process modeling method, etc. Using literature analysis method to summarize and analyze the research and application situation of domestic and foreign O2 O model and O2 O medical service, summing up the past experience, and provide theoretical basis and reference for the study. Using field investigation method to carry out the individual depth interview, understanding related business development, existing problems and further business and functional requirements of hospital Internet medical. Using Service-Oriented Architecture design method O2 O design medical service system architecture, Using IDEF modeling function and BPMN business process modeling research constructing system architecture and business process scheme of O2 O medical service.[Result] ?Constructed the O2 O medical service architecture. The general framework described the main participation of O2 O medical model, healthcare data acquisition and online and offline service resources; technical architecture adopts SOA architecture, including seven parts :display service layer, service composition layer, business service layer, data service layer, message exchange and transmission, safety and service management; information resources architecture describe the resources, composition and application of information source of O2 O medical service system; functional architecture consists of diagnosis and treatment services, service assistant functions, and hospital management services. ?Analyzed the main contents of O2 O medical services from two aspects of medical service and hospital management services, and designed O2 O medical services business process scheme consists of outpatient services, inpatient services, remote consultation service, medical services, pharmaceutical services, surgical services, ward nursing service, health management services.?Analyzed the opportunities and challenges faced by the O2 O medical service in our country. Factors of social needs, medical development, policy direction, the development of new technology, industrial development co-drive to bring huge space for O2 O medical services development. At the same time, O2 O medical services also facing with the policies and regulations are not clear, the relevant industry standards is not perfect, the low degree popularity of the service problem and so on which restrict O2 O medical industry rapidly develop.[Conclusion] ?O2O model emphasizes the linking and integration of online platform and offline entity, for medical institutions, O2 O medical service is an effective and strongly operation model of internet medical, and it provides an effective way for the exploration of medical service model reform and innovation.?O2O medical service give full play to the advantages of the internet platform, combining the various links of the medical service with the online platform, breaking space limitation of information and time limitation,expanding the scope and mode of medical service, optimizing the medical business process, effectively improving the medical service efficiency and level, as well as improving the patients experience of medical treatment.?The situation of O2 O medical service faced with in China is both opportunities and challenges, we need to strengthen the top-level design from the point of view of government, speed up the system framework and standard system construction, and improve the payment system. We also need to improve the information construction, organization-building and team-building from the level of the medical institutions, and take measures in terms of hospital management, patient care and service innovation to promote the rapid and healthy development of O2 O medical care in our country.
