Research On Application And Management Of Internet + Medical Service Model

These problems have existed for a long time in China,including scarce medical resources,uneven distribution and inadequate supply of medical services.How to solve the problem of difficult medical care for the masses,is a great challenge facing the medical industry in China.With the promotion of the Internet + action plan and the introduction of the policy of health care reform,Internet + medical have become a new direction in the development of medical field in China.This article takes The First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University as the object of investigation,and understand the application factors and management difficulties of the Internet + medical service mode in Wenzhou three level public hospitals.This study carries on the empirical analysis through the questionnaire survey and the semi-structured interview to the medical staff in the relevant clinical departments,SPSS software was used to make a descriptive statistical analysis of the basic information and usage of the questionnaire.Reliability and validity were used to test the reliability of the questionnaire.Chi-square test was used to analyze the use of Internet + medical care among different respondents.The results showed that there were significant differences in the use of Internet plus medical care among patients of different ages and educational backgrounds.Then,the factors affecting the use of Internet + medical are divided into four dimensions.Using variance to compare the difference,the result is that there is a significant difference in the attitude of Internet users to the use of Internet plus medical care in different age groups.From the survey of the utilization rate of Internet + medical services in hospitals,more than half of the respondents used the Internet plus medical service,but the frequency of usage was not high,and the form was centralized and single.In interviews with medical staff,it is concluded that the current medical personnel are not enthusiastic in the development of online diagnosis and treatment,and the hospitals lack supporting incentives,rewards and punishments.Generally speaking,the Internet + medical service mode is still in the initial stage of development.In order to improve the current situation,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Firstly,we need the government's policy support to restrict the development of Internet + medical care with policies and regulations.Secondly,strengthening communication and interaction between government and medical institutions.Thirdly,strengthening social publicity and promotion of Internet + medical services.At last,hospitals should attach importance to the development of information technology and the construction of talents.It is hoped that this study will play a certain role in promoting the development of the"Internet + medical service" mode in the three level public hospitals in Wenzhou,and provide targeted decision-making reference for the relevant departments to formulate policies.
