A Study On Mechanism Of Improving Quality Of Commu Nity Public Service By Social Organizations

From 1980 s,with the deepening of the political and economic system reform in China,the public service socialization and diversification of the service's promotion,social organizations started to enter the public services.Because of the political and economic development's regional imbalance,the effect of the public service from social organizations isn't very well.Social organizations are confused to know how to do their best to improve the quality of public service,and this ignorance belongs to be the social organizations for their role in the public service positioning of the ignorance.Based on the resource dependence theory and R&K choice theory,and two-months field survey,we chose four dimension which is Political association,Social trust,Policy support and Resource input,to compared the effect of the quality of public service from four social organization we had chose in Guiyang city.Through the exploration of the relationship between the government-social organization's role-effect,to build a social organization to improve the quality of community public service mechanism.We think that the role of the social organizations is the basis of their effect.The role of social organizations determine their purpose,and their role depends on social environment which determine by the government.Only when we know the role of social organizations,could we achieve the goal that social organizations of public service quality has improved.
