Sweet Dream Share Sertraline Capsules On Sertraline In The Treatment Of Depression After Cerebral Infarction Obstacle Research

Objective To study the Sweet Dream capsule combined with Sertraline and Sertraline in the treatment of cerebral infarction depression after clinical effect comparison.Methods Cases from December 2014 to March 2016 in shandong province of the Chang Le people’s hospital neurology clinic of 84 patients with depression after cerebral infarction。Using the random number table method divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treated with sertraline and add a sweet dream capsule, the control group treated with sertraline,treatment for 3 months. With Hamilton depression rating scale(Hamilton ’scale,HAMD) evaluation of curative effect, use scale(Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale, TESS) observed in patients with adverse reactions.Results HAMD scores : before the treatment, the treatment group patients(23.1±2.5) compared with the control group patients(23.3±2.1) there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05); 3 months after treatment, the treatment group patients with HAMD score(6.7 ± 1.8) is lower than the control group patients(12.9 ± 2.0, P < 0.05). Treatment group at the same time, taking sertraline plus with a sweet dream capsule treatment, 5 cases cured, 16 cases had marked effect, 14 cases, 7 cases, total effective rate was 83.33%(35/42);Control group taking sertraline, recovered in 1 case, 12 cases were markedly effective, effective in 16 cases, 13 cases of invalid, total effective rate was69.04%(29/42), the comparison,(c2=4.48,P=0.034),P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. That sweet dream share sertraline capsules on treatment effect on depression after cerebral infarction than sertraline treatment.TESS score :before the treatment, patients with maintaining( 4.3±1.2)compared with normal group(4.1 ± 1.5) in patients with differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05); TESS score 3 months after treatment,maintaining patients(3.6 ± 1.4) is lower than normal group of patients(2.4 ±1.5, P > 0.05). Analysis showed no difference.Conclusion First,Sweet Dream share Sertraline capsules on treatment effect on depression after cerebral infarction than Sertraline treatment. Second,Sweet dreams share sertraline capsules on depression after cerebral infarction obstacle with sertraline alone treatment, side effects.
