Bacterial resistance is one of the most important problems that all the medical workers are paying attention to. Multidrug-resistantance caused by unreasonable use of antibacterials seriously affects the curative effect of infectious disease; Whether the control of hospital infection is reasonable or not affects the occurrence of bacterial resistance. Objective To investigate whether the antibiotic-resistance of main target bactium from the three different branches of a hospital is different. All the three branches are under the unified management and use the same model of inspection. Methods Collecting the main target bactium from the three branches of the same hospital and then use automatic microorganism analyzer for strain identification and drug susceptibility test. Results of drug susceptibility test were judged according to 2009 standard of the clinical laboratory standardization committee(CLSI) of the United States. With SPSS21.0 statistical software, the drug-resistance characteristics of the main target bacterium from the three branches of 2011-2014 were analysed by chi-square test.Results(1) Escherichia coli: 2011- 2014 years of separation from three school district for the Escherichia coli strains of amikacin, tobramycin, piperacillin, piperacillin / tazobactam resistance there are significant differences(P<0.05), and ciprofloxacin, gentamicin, trimethoprim sulfamethoxazole and nitrofurantoin, meropenem, imipenem, ceftazidime ceftazidime, cefepime resistance respectively, in each year there are significant differences(P < 0.05);(2)Klebsiella pneumoniae: 2011-2014 years of separation from three school district of Klebsiella pneumoniae strains of tobramycin, piperacillin, piperacillin / tazobactam resistance there are significant differences(P < 0.05), and ciprofloxacin, amikacin, cefotaxime cefepime and nitrofurantoin, cotrimoxazole, ceftazidime, meropenem, imipenem resistance respectively, in each year there are significant differences(P < 0.05)(3)Acinetobacter baumannii: 2011- 2014 separation from Bowman, three school district does not move Bacillus strains of amikacin, ampicillin / sulbactam and piperacillin piperacillin / he tazobactam, gentamicin, trimethoprim sulfamethoxazole, meropenem, imipenem, cefepime resistance there are significant differences(P< 0.05); and tobramycin and ciprofloxacin, ceftazidime ceftazidime resistance respectively, in each year there are significant differences(P < 0.05);(4)Pseudomonas aeruginosa: 2011- 2014 separation from three school district of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains to imipenem, piperacillin, piperacillin / tazobactam resistance there are significant differences(P < 0.05), and amikacin, meropenem, cefotaxime, ceftazidime and tobramycin, levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, gentamicin, cefepime resistance respectively, in each year there are significant differences(P < 0.05);(5)Staphylococcus aureus: 2011- 2012 separation from three school district Staphylococcus aureus strains of oxacillin, gentamicin and rifampicin, levofloxacin resistance there are significant differences(P < 0.05); and ciprofloxacin, cotrimoxazole, tetracycline, erythromycin, clindamycin, moxifloxacin, penicillin G resistance respectively, in each year there are significant differences(P < 0.05);(6)There were significant differences in the number of antimicrobial agents in three different main target strains in our hospital. Conclusion Under the unified management and test mode, the drug tolerance to Escherichia coli, pneumonia Klebsiella and baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus in the same hospital in a certain period of time. The reasons may be:(1) the different characteristics in the applicaton of antimicrobial agents between the new and old hospital;(2)the different controlling ways of hospital infection between the new and old hospital. Through this study, we can not only find out the difference of the different hospitals in the same hospital, but also learn from each other and learn from each other according to their drug resistance characteristics.
