Objective:To investigate the antimicrobial resistance of non fermenting gram-negative bacteria from the respiratory department in the First Affiliated Hospitalof An-Hui Medical University during2009to2012.Methods:Identification of the three kinds of fermenting gram-negative bacteriaby Microscan Walkaway-96Microbe instrument.The susceptibility tested by Kirby-Bauer method.The results were analyzed according to CLSI2011standards.WHONET5.6was applied for date analysis.Results:A total of629the strains of fermenting gram-negative bacteria collected from2009to2012.Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for49.3%(310/629),Acinetobacter baumannii accounted for30.8%(194/629),S.maltophilia was19.9%(125/629);The main source of isolated was sputum,according for86.5%(544/629),followed by urine(3.2%),pleural-effusion(1.4%),blood(1.1%),discharge(0.7%),catheter(0.7%) and feces(0.7%),other6%;Polymyxin and Amikacin had been on the top of Pseudomonas aeruginosa antibacterial drugs(﹥80%and97.5%-respectively),followed-by-Gentamicin(74%-79.3%),Cefepime(66.7%-76.9%),Imipenem(64.6%-74%),Levofloxacin(60.5%-74.4%),Piperacillin-tazobactam(59%-75%),Meropenem(62%-73.5%),etc; Piperacillin、Ceftazidime、Cefoperazone、Aztrenam have declinetrendy to the Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Cefoperazone-sulbactam has an upward tendency sensitive rate(59.5%-66.1%),but piperacillin-tazobactam on the contrary(75%-59%);Comparing two kinds of fluoroquinolone antibiotics,Ciprofloxacin is not better than the Levofloxacin;Imipenem sensitive rate was slightly higher thanthe Meropenem,but there was no statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Besides Cefoperazone-sulbactam(9.1%-24.4%)、Polymyxin(6.7%-14.3%)、Minocycline(4.8%-34.5%)、Tigecycline(0%-19%),most antibiotics of Acinetobacter baumannii resistant rate over40%;Imipenem and Meropenem sensitive rate was78.3%and68.2%in2009,others below the60%;Tigecycline and Minocycline had a low resistant rate(<20%),but the sensitive rate change was big;Polymyxin kepta higher sensitive rate(>85%),and a lower resistant rate(<15%).S.maltophilia isolates the least,but has a tendency to increase year by year,the four line recommended drug sensitive antibiotic susceptibility results change is big,that may be associated with less strain.Conclusion:The surveillance results showed that non fermentative bacteria resistant rate is still high;Drug-resistant dynamic monitoring of the fermentation bacteria has clinical guidance for antibiotics uses.
