Ice Bag Made Of Different Materials Research On The Physical Cooling Effects Of Heat Aging Rats

Objective To explore the dry yeast heating temperature change rule of the fever model constructed by subcutaneous injection of 20% dried yeast suspension liquid. To compare physical cooling effect of four kinds of ice bag made of different materials.:the water, 10% salt water,30% alcohol and the 10% glauber's salt.Methods According to the random numbers of the random number table,the 20 clean level SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group(20% dry yeast subcutaneously thermal group) and control group.Before the experiment,measuring 3 days basal body temperature of the 20 SD rats.Duplicate the rat fever model by subcutaneous injection of dried yeast suspension liquid, regularly measure and record the rectal temperature changes of the rats in the two groups. According to the random numbers of the random number table,the 50 clean level SD rats were randomly divided into five groups, water ice pack,10% saline,30%alcohol and 20% glauber's salt ice pack cooling group. Before the experiment of duplicate hyperthermia rat models, measured 3 days basal body temperature.After the body temperature of rats increased to 38.3?and above, the different groups of rats were given corresponding ice physical cooling ice bags for 30 minitues.Results The male SD rats by subcutaneous injection of 20% dry yeast suspension liquid high fever rat model was established. In the beginning of 1.5-2h temperature reduces, then temperature rises and reached the peak at 6.5-7h and fever when process average maintenance in about 12 hours in peak flat period. In the comparison of water ice pack, 10%saline ice pack, 30% alcohol ice pack, 20% glauber's salt,, water ice pack material hard, not easy shaping. Three other material bags are moresofter and easy shaping.The 10% saline ice pack lowest to normal temperature, ti, the cooling process without chills, trembling,trembling, damage to the skin.Conclusion A comparative study on the male SD rats by subcutaneous injection of 10% dry yeast suspension liquid high fever rat model was established, with duration of fever long, heating time is more late,slow heating and thermal type with most common diseases are basically the same. 10% saline ice pack physical cooling effect is better than the clinical commonly used water ice pack, which have the priority of easy shaping, comfortable degree high, less adverse reactions,better cooling, high degree of improvement.
