Objective: The purpose of this study is use the quality control circle management model into the intensive care unit to prevent ICU syndrome and further to evaluate the effect of the intervention.Through compared the incidence of ICU syndrome of two groups, provides some references to reduce the ICU syndrome incidence rate and shorten the hospitalization time, promote health and restoration of patients in ICU.Methords: 82 patients hospitalized in the third general hospital reach the standard of inclusion criteria from April fifteenth to July twenty-first 2015 as the before intervention group; 82 patients hospitalized in the same department from December first to February twenty-ninth 2016 reach the standard of inclusion criteria as the after intervention group, the before intervention group implement routine nursing and the after intervention group receive circle activity intervention, then compare the incidence of ICU syndrome between two groups.Results:1. The intervention before and after the intervention in two groups of patients gender, age, culture level, per capita monthly income, cost, payment, smoking, drinking, sleep duration and other social demographic data and daily life in the statistical test, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05), and equilibrium.2. Intervention before and after the intervention in two groups of patients disease types, hospitalization time in ICU, source of patients, surgical procedures, knowledge about disease, frequency of ICU admission, mechanical ventilation or not, constraints or not,the above conditions and treatment in ICU and other general data comparison have no significant difference(P > 0.05).3. After intervention, quality management circle activity significantly lower the incidence of ICU syndrome, compared with before intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).4. The current quality management circle activity target yield rate was 126.91%, the progress rate of 58.32%.5.Through the development of quality management circle activity, the comprehensive quality of ICU nurses, using the technique of QCC, team spirit, mental development, communication, coordination, self-confidence, and the ability to solve problems in nurses, compared with before was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The quality control circle management model can reduce the incidence of ICU syndrome, improve the quality of clinical nursing.2. The quality control circle management model can improve the overall quality of nursing staff in using the technique of QCC, team spirit, mental development, communication, coordination, self-confidence, and the ability to solve problems of the comprehensive quality.
