Observation Of Hand,Foot Yangming Meridians Points For The Treatment Of Osteoarthritis Of The Knee Analgesic Effect

Objective: This topic fully used the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion treatment method, by observing the comparative three acupuncture points + xiangu points combined with routine acupuncture group for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis caused by the degree of improvement in pain,and in contrast with the analgesic effect of routine acupuncture group and osteoarthritis of the knee pain patients for clinical relieve pain to find an effective treatment.This topic will help to further tap hole and three hole xiangu single point in the treatment effect, if we make progress, we will increase the choice of treatment for this disease.Method: The author in October 2014 to December 2015, following the instructor's clinical work, carefully screened medical record, it contains a total of 60 cases of such patients. After full communication and consultation, the 60 patients expressed willingness to join the investigation and treatment of this subject. This 60 patients using a random classification method, were divided into two groups. The first group was treated using three holes and trap Valley with conventional acupuncture points; the second group was a control group, using only conventional acupuncture, 30 patients in each group. The treatment group received acupuncture hand, foot Yangming Meridians Points(ie, three points and xiangu points) around the knee with regular acupoints. Control group with conventional acupuncture points around the knee select conventional lose points.Before treatment, recording the patient's index score. After treatment, the indexes of the patients were recorded.Results: The two groups of patients before treatment resulting in pain scores compared Mackey, which feel pain index score, measured from the line scale score, pain intensity score immediately, as well as scores for comparison, the difference was significant(P < 0.05).
