Clinical Orthogonal Design Study For Optimization Scheme Of Acupuncture Treatment On Stagnancy Of Qi And Blood Stasis Type Chloasma

Objective: Through researching and comparing the effectiveness of Stagnancy of Qi and Blood Stasis Type of Chloasma patients treated by using orthogonal experimental design methods based on 4 factors, 2 levels which including acupuncture area(body acupuncture?abdominal acupuncture),surrounding acupuncture(yes?no),pricking blood with cupping(yes?no),health guidance(yes?no).Then dicide which is the primary and secondary effects of acupuncture manipulation. Meanwhile estimate the interaction between acupuncture?area surrounding acupuncture?pricking blood with cupping, and then discussed and optimized which is the much more effective clinic treatment plan. Methods: This topic participants included 48 patients, randomly are divided into 8 groups according to the order of seeing the doctor.The total score of skin lesions and TCM symptoms score were respectively recorded before the treatment and after treated them. Observe 8 groups if there is a statistically significant results. Results: 1? Generally, all groups get positive clinical effects on Stagnancy of Qi and Blood Stasis Type Chloasma after treatment(the 2 indexes all obtain statistical significant differences,P?0.01).2?Based on variance analysis of score difference of skin lesions total score and TCM symptoms score :there are significant differences(P < 0.05) between error and surrounding acupuncture, pricking blood with cupping after treatment; there are no significant difference(P > 0.05) between error and acupuncture area, health guidance; there are no significant difference(P > 0.05) between two levels of the interaction. Combining with direct analysis, abdominal acupuncture, surrounding acupuncture, pricking blood with cupping and health guidance are the optimal therapeutic schedule.3?Based on range analysis of score difference of skin lesions total score and TCM symptoms score :the importance of the four factors for total score of skin lesions was surrounding acupuncture > pricking blood with cupping > acupuncture area > health guidance; the importance of the four factors for TCM symptoms score was pricking blood with cupping > surrounding acupuncture > health guidance> acupuncture area. Conclusion: According to the results, abdominal acupuncture, surrounding acupuncture, pricking blood with cupping and health guidance are the optimal therapeutic schedule for acupuncture treatment on stagnancy of qi and blood stasis type of chloasma.
