Purpose: To investigate the type of qi stagnation and blood stasis of DahuangZhechong Wan on patients with chloasma clinical curative effect.Methods: a randomized controlled trial, the Panjin oilfield general hospitaldermatology clinic patients with chloasma clinical symptom observation, oralDahuang Zhechong Pill in treatment group, control group oral vitamin C vitaminE tablets,2months after the treatment were compared between the two groupsefficacy and concomitant symptoms whether has the difference. Statistical datausing statistical software SPSS17.0, using the single factor analysis ofvariance were compared, results the mean(±S), P <0.05there is a significantdifference.Results: This study selected80patients with chloasma, with random grouping,the treatment group and the control group with40cases in each group. Resultsthe total effective rate in treatment group and72.5%in control group, the totalefficiency of45%, two groups had significant difference (P <0.05). Aftertreatment in the treatment group and control group before and after treatmentof difference (d) had significant difference (P <O.05), description of DahuangZhechong Pill in the clinical curative effect and the accompanying symptoms thanvitamin C vitamin E tablets.Conclusion: Dahuang Zhechong Pill by activating blood, removing blood stasis,righting, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients withchloasma, Dahuang Zhechong Pill in the clinical curative effect than vitaminC piece, can be effective in the treatment of chloasma.
