Clinical Curative Effect Observation On Blood-letting By Adopting Acupuncture And Moxibustion Method For Treating Chloasma Of Blood Stasis Constitution

ObjectiveThis topic adopts the method of blood-letting combined with acupuncture and moxibustion method to treat chloasma of blood stasis constitution, and observes the improvement of the integral situation of chloasma lesion and blood stasis constitution before and after treatment. Then the experimenter makes objective evaluation with the purpose of exploring the safety and effectiveness of this method. At last, a new thought and method will be provided for the clinical physical conditioning and chloasma treatment.MethodsSixty chloasma patients of blood stasis constitution in accordance with the inclusive criteria were divided into treatment group and control group by adopting randomized control method. Each group included thirty cases. Pricking blood combined with acupuncture and moxibustion was used for treatment group, the followings were the procedure:for the first treatment, pricking blood was used according to the situation of blood stasis,and acupuncture and moxibustion therapy were used after blood-letting. For the follow-up treatment, if there was still blood stasis manifestation at the blood-letting part, pricking blood therapy can be used after the bleeding wound healing or at a new blood stasis part, and the treatment group was also given the acupuncture therapy in the following traditional differentiation acupoints:EX 6, SI 18, ST 7、LI 4, LI 11、SP 10, LR 3, BL 17、BL 18、BL 40, CV 4、GB 20、ashi point in the face, and the two points(CV 4 and GB 20) were given needle warming moxibustion. The control group was given the same acupoints as the treatment group, but pricking blood wasn’t used. Two groups were given treatment three times a week,4 weeks for 1 course of treatment. Observed both the differences of chloasma lesion integral and the constitution integration after 3 courses. Established a database and analyzed the data with SPSS19.0.ResultsAfter 3 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.66%,and the control group was 75.00%, the difference had statistical significant after comparing(P<0.05). As to the improvement of facial skin lesions, integral of both group had declined after treatment, but integral of the treatment group decreased significantly compared to the control group’s.The difference had statistical significant after comparing(P<0.05),and it showed the curative effect on improving chloasma of treatment group was superior to control group’s. In the respect of constitution improvement, integral of both group had declined after treatment, but integral of the treatment group decreased significantly compared to the control group. The difference had statistical significant after comparing(P<0.05), and it showed the curative effect on improving constitution of treatment group was superior to control group’s.ConclusionBoth the treatment group and the control group were made certain effect in curing chloasma, but treatment group was superior to control group in total effective rate and the improvement of facial skin lesions and constitution. Treatment group by adopting blood-letting combined with acupuncture and moxibustion method can improve constitution fundamentally, and the curative effect on improving chloasma lesion and constitution of treatment group was superior to control group’s.Blood-letting combined with acupuncture and moxibustion method to regulate blood stasis constitution had a more profound significance on the treatment of chloasma and diseases on the basis of blood stasis constitution. This method should be highly valued on clinic and be widely promoted.
