The Clinical Research About Toutongfang Treatment Of Migraine (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Purpose: By observing the Toutong Fang treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of migraine headache episodes and halve the rate,headache days and halve the rate and degree of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),duration,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome integral,such as the change of the before and after treatment,compared with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,in order to make clear Toutong Fang treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of migraine clinical curative effect.Methods: This study participants included 60 patients comply with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of migraine patients,the group review before 4 weeks in patients with headache days,number,degree of onset,duration,and the traditional Chinese medicine qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome integral as a baseline,by adopting the method of randomized controlled trials,treatment group 30 cases of Toutong Fang water decoction,daily1 pay,sooner or later points served;Control group 30 cases of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,each l0 mg,before sleeping,take,two groups of the treatment of 4 weeks.Drugs in the dose group on the day of one sex issue 4 weeks,and at the end of the treatment of 4 weeks after followed up for 1 times.Results: The results showed that the Toutong Fang significantly improved the migraine patients with qi deficiency,blood stasis type)half headache frequency and its rate,the number of days and half rate,degree,duration and TCM syndrome integral,without any adverse reactions occur.The curative effect on migraine,Toutong Fang treatment group efficiency43.33%,the total effective rate was 90.00%,flunarizine hydrochloride capsules control efficiency of 23.33%,the total effective rate was 53.33%,compared two groups(p < 0.05)there are significant differences,comparison between before and after treatment,there are significant differences(p < 0.05).Conclusion: Toutong Fang in improving the migraine attack frequency of qi deficiency,blood stasis type),number,degree,clinical symptoms,duration and curative effect.In improving the TCM syndrome curative effect,the number of half rate,the number of days in half rate,degree and syndromes,Toutong Fang is better than that of flunarizine hydrochloridecapsules.During the study period,patients taking the drug did not see adverse reactions occur.
