| Objectives : This topic by collecting the hospital medical records of the lobar pneumonia in children.To observe the overall curative effect and TCM syndrome integral of the two groups children which oral Chinese medicine in different periods to treat this disease.Understanding whether there is a relationship between curative effect with the time of taking medicine.To use the mathematical statistics analysis method to evaluate the results of the study,explore the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lobar pneumonia,seek the best treat time.Providing a more effective way to treat the lobar pneumonia in children by the method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: The 60 patients(all cases from henan university of traditional Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital in April 2015-January 2016 in pediatric ward 2with lobar pneumonia)were randomly assigned to A group and B group,according to the disease diagnosis to oral Chinese medicine time,the B group oral Chinese medicine treatment for 48 hours,the A group after 48 hours oral Chinese medicine treatment.Both groups choosed the corresponding medicine treatment plan,refering to children community acquired pneumonia management guide.On this basis,Both the two groups were given Jinwei Feire Qing Decoction.Then the comprehensive curative effect of disease,curative effect,the individual syndrome of TCM syndromes and three days ? seven days of hospitalization comprehensive integration of syndromes were evaluated.All adopt SPSS20.0 statistic software constructi-n.The experiment is designed to evaluate therapeutic effect of treating children lobar pneumonia with Jinwei Feire Qing Decoction,and Explore different times used traditional Chinese medicine whether have the relationship with the prognosis of disease.Results:1.The equilibrium results of the data of the two groups before treatment :there is no statistical significance(P>0.05),in gender,age,TCM syndrome total score,The data has a strong comparability.2.This general situation analysis of the data: lobar pneumonia in children on gender distribution,male children with 35 cases,23 cases of children with women,The male form is significantly higher than the female(P<0.05);In composition of different ages,there are 28 cases(48.28%)aged 3 to 7,Its composition was significantly higher than aged 1 to 3 and aged 7 to 14(P<0.05).In composition of different seasons,there are 23 cases(39.66%)in winter,its Significantly higher than the spring(25.86%),summer(15.51%),autumn(18.97%),The difference has statistically significant(P<0.05).3.To improve the single symptoms(such as cough,cough up phlegm),the two groups have significant differences(P<0.05),it proved that the B group is better than the A group.The overall curative effect and TCM syndrome integral of the two groups comparison after treatment,the results showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05),suggesting that the two groups in terms of overall curative effect and improve the TCM syndrome integral are effective;The comparison between the two groups of the curative effect and TCM syndrome integral showed statistically significant difference(P < 0.05)by rank test and t test,suggesting the B group is better than A group.The comparison of TCM syndrome integral of the two groups in the third day treatment,by the t test suggested it has statistically significance(P<0.05),it is proved that the B group is better than the A group when it only has the western medicine treatment.The comparison of integral of the two groups in the seventh day has no statistical significance(P>0.05),proved that the A group and B group in hospitalized 7 days has no difference in the TCM syndrome integral.4.There are one subjects in each group who were lost to follow-up exit.Conclusion:1.Oral Chinese traditional medicine(Jinwei Feire Qing Decoction)in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children phlegm heat closed lungs,toxic heat closed lungs syndrome clinical curative effect is remarkable.2.Early oral Chinese medicine to treatment the lobar pneumonia in children in time for the overall curative effect and TCM syndrome integral are very important,especially in the aspect of main symptoms such as cough,cough up phlegm,is better than the later oral Chinese medicine.3.Different periods oral Chinese medicine to treatment the disease has no obvious curative effects difference when hospitalized 7 days. |
