Effect Of Yiqiningsou Decoction On Childhood Lobar Pneumonia Decubation

Objective:To observe the Yiqiningsou Decoction in treating children with lobar pneumonia decubation clinical efficacy, broaden the way of treatment in the lobar pneumonia during the recovery period, to provide reference for its treatment.Method:Inarandomized,70patients who were in accordance with the lobar pneumonia, according to the principle of 1:1 was divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine named Yiqiningsou decoction, the contrl group was given the Ambroxol hydrochloride. Both of the two groups were given 10 days treatment. Outcome measures were observed before and after treatment in the two groups of children with cough, phlegm,chestauscultation,complexion,spirit and sweating changes.Results:Before the treatment, both the treatment group and the control group had no difference in age,sex,symptomscoresand other aspects,comparable.After treatment,the treatment group total efficiency was 97.06%,much higher than the control group,whoes total effective rate was 84.38%, P<0.01,statistically significant,suggesting that in terms of efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;To compare the two groups of main symptoms integral, secondary symptoms total score,TCM symptom total score,were statistically significant, and the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Yiqiningsou Decoction in treatment of children with lobar pneumonia recovery phase has good effect2. Yiqiningsou Decoction can effectively improve children clinical syndromes, curative effect is better than that of the control group.3.The entire process foud no significant side effects.
